Nor what E. Jean Carroll said, who still hasn't received a sample of Trump's DNA to settle her rape allegation:

Carroll allegedTrump "opens the overcoat, unzips his pants, and, forcing his fingers around my private area, thrusts his penis halfway "or completely, I'm not certain" inside me." The episode lasted no longer than three minutes, Carroll said.

Funny, I've read folks on twitter espouse similar language in hopes Biden supporters don't vote.

I'm sure it's merely a coincidence, isn't it MSGT.

In this corrupt non-democracy, dems have to win by 8 points to take power. Your cheating loser party can lose by 8 points and still get to run the country.

Which explains why Eric Dumb Dumb Jr is now whining that his Orange Pappy is acting erratic. Is this how the Clown plans his permanent escape from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue before November 3rd since Biden told him to STFU?

These John Birch society low life's from trump to his administration and beyond are trying to pull out all stops to destroy America. They're all either members or directly connected to John Birch society. This is why trump supporters are so stupid to support Donnie. They don't know how dangerous their vote against their own interest in America is. Many don't know about that dangerous circle. Had they researched it they would never have pulled the lever for him. smh

Trump has already been exposed for bashing evangelicals as only using them for a tool. HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU, SO FACE IT TRUMP VOTERS.

Don't celebrate yet dems. A lot of phone responders lie about supporting trump.

Some still don't have courage to admit their hate and bigotry to strangers.

I keep saying it, but no one seems to listen.

------- is making voting irrelevant. He will claim victory Nov. 3 and file countless lawsuits to gum up and/or stop the vote counts. His lawsuits will delay the counts until the hard and fast electoral college deadlines. This will result in state legislatures and governors (predominantly republican in battleground states) choosing electors that will give ------- the victory.

You have been warned.

Biden Leads Trump by 14% Nationally

So within the margin of error at the electoral college?

Nice "democracy"

Biden will win the popular vote.

The question is.

Have republicans cheated enough to take the Electoral College.

#20 | Posted by Effeteposer at 2020-10-05 11:46 PM | Reply

Effete, winning the presidency takes 2 steps, winning the EC vote and your opponent conceding the contest.

For Biden to win, ------- will have to concede.

------- will never, ever, ever, concede, under any circumstances, wouldn't you agree?

So, how does Biden win the EC votes?

Well there is the honest counting option, which I think we all agree is the best and most appropriate option. But this is a HIGHLY unlikely option.

But, think about it for a second. We are looking at Florida 2000 on steroids. And how many states will be in play? How many counts will be going on under the 24 hour watchful eye of CNN and Fox and MSNBC and all the rest? All the time ------- will be screaming FRAUD! Every hanging chad will become evidence of widespread voter fraud! Republicans (and democrats) will be watching the counting, watching every single vote being analyzed, scrutinized and debated. (the point being from the Republican perspective, will be to draw out the count).

How much pressure will the counters be under?!? Every single vote that has the slightest problem will become a national scandal of epic proportions, you know it and I know it. Republicans will be finding and creating voter fraud everywhere, you know it and I know it. It is like it has already happened.

And look at the battleground states! Who are the governors? Who controls the legislatures? How do you think they will effect the count? You think they will be honest brokers? You think, for a second, that republican governors and legislatures will appoint electors for Biden when the vote count is either disputed or still being counted? If you think so I have some Florida real estate you will love.

You think the courts can handle a contest of this magnitude? Pshaw! Think about, 10, 20, 30 lawsuits in 5 or 10 battle ground states, marching through the federal courts, all with conflicting legal issues (i.e. count these votes and not those votes in this jurisdiction, count those and not these in that jurisdiction)-and here is the important part. There is a mid-december hard deadline for all this to be resolved. Impossible in our system.

So, the lawsuits won't be resolved adequately, so republican governors and republican legislatures in 8 (i think) battleground states will have to chose which votes to use for the electoral votes.

If you think that is a winning strategy for Biden, well, I'm sorry.

Wrong. The Orange Fuhrer is losing in a landslide, he is done.
....and then Covid might finish him off.... which would be a bummer as he has some prison time to be served.

@21, lawsuits won't matter in a landslide election.

Also ask Gore how do election lawsuits go. Ask Dino Rossi (R)tard how lawsuits go when he tried to steal the Washington state governors election about 12 years ago, with a Republican judge.
Both went nowhere.

Biden is likely to have 350-400 electoral votes, frivolous lawsuits be damned!

#23 | Posted by a_monson at 2020-10-06 07:38 AM | Reply

There's too much going down right now to do any kind of speculation like that.

Republican governors would have to make a choice between Trump's ego and their own political suicide. Constituents won't take a fancy to their their votes being tossed aside.

January 20, 2021 is still the do or die date, no matter what. The law is: One President at a time!

Assuming Trump pulls all his usual flim-flams, both before and after, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi could turn into President Nancy Pelosi, pro tem, with all the power and authority granted in the office of the presidency.

She could clean house so fast it would make Trump's lawyers heads spin. (Hopefully starting with A.G. Barr.)

No incumbent, especially Donald Trump, wants to see that.

CNN) Joe Biden's advantage over President Donald Trump has expanded and the former vice president now holds his widest lead of the cycle with less than a month remaining before Election Day, according to a new nationwide CNN Poll conducted by SSRS.

Among likely voters, 57% say they back Biden and 41% Trump in the poll that was conducted entirely after the first debate and mostly after the President's coronavirus infection was made public.

www.cnn.com

The crosstabs of this poll show Trump down 21 points with seniors and that was before last night's braindead stunts.

While I've always believed that Trump will try and cheat by whatever means he has available, there is not a Republican state legislature in America that will be able to make the case that out of nowhere tens of thousands of votes (or hundreds of thousands) should be ignored and disqualified when Trump is losing that swing state by 4 points or greater. There will be zero evidence to support such notions.

If the polls on election day show Trump losing all the key demographics which allowed him to thread the needle in 2016 - and the results reflect the polls - no one is following him down that rabbit hole. His stunt yesterday pretty much sealed his fate because Trump keeps proving that he is not in his right mind.

He is his own worse advocate and the best example why the American people will reject him like we haven't seen for quite a while. Lastly, there is no legal requirement for any candidate to concede that they've lost an election. The one and only legal standard is the certified results issued by each state following their own election laws and procedures.

I don't know if it's true or not but Chief Justice was overheard (at a social event) saying that he was tired of this administration using HIS Supreme Court like a pinata.

The problem is you actually have to count all the votes to get there. And with Trump doing everything he can to cast doubt upon mailed ballots, prevent the timely delivery of mailed ballots, and (eventually) stop the counting of mailed ballots....well, hopefully you see the point.

And I don't know if you've seen or been watching that actual postal workers en masse are united in making sure ballots are delivered on time come hell or high water.

Most all of them are union workers, members of the 7 different bargaining groups that cover more than half-a-million post office workers.

Bottom line, I have less worries about the postal service than I do about state Republican legislators at this point. They're going to bust their butts getting ballots where they need to be on time.

I hadn't really thought about that angle but it really is an existential battle for postal workers... and you don't want to make postal workers angry!

And the beat goes on....

Joe Biden now has a 12-point lead over President Trump in Pennsylvania, according to a Monmouth University poll out Tuesday, which also found that a majority of voters in the battleground state think Biden better understands their daily concerns.

By the numbers: 54% of registered voters in Pennsylvania support Biden, compared to 42% who are backing President Trump.
