She told Franken in 2017 that she was "generally aware" that the Alliance Defending Freedom had been categorized as a far-right hate group. What does she know about the group now?

Why would she? She could go take dump on the senate floor and they'll confirm her.

Get it over with. Appoint her.

Then dems need to win and put so many new liberal judges on the court that her vote becomes meaningless.

"dems need to win and put so many new liberal judges on the court that her vote becomes meaningless."

And when asked if they'll pack the court, Dems should reply "We're going to start playing by Mitch McConnell's rules".

Those are the ones that say "If the founding fathers didnt think to outlaw something because they never thought politicians would be evil enough to try it, it's ok exploit those loopholes. Norms and traditions are for losers"

Trump has packed the court, the Dems will be expanding the court which is something that needs to be done simply because they cannot handle the case load now. Nine Justices cannot possibly hear and consider the number of cases that are presented to the court, then a system needs to be institutued which randomly selects Justices to hear cases without any political influence being applied. We actually could end up with a much more fair Supreme Court. Not liberal, not conservative, just fair and constitutional.

Also, the lifetime appointment needs to go.

Will she?

No.

Will the GOP care?

No.

She was chosen to roll back LGBTQ rights. This was a reason why she was chosen.

She won't because Christianity doesn't consider lying a sin. It appears to encourages it. Christian leaders across America are lying through their teeth for political gain.

Taqiya seems to actually be a Christian ideal, not a Muslim one.

Will Joe Biden ever explain his collusion with other countries to get his son in prominent positions? I mean, if we are going to attack a SCOTUS nominee, it only stands to reason we also attack a POTUS nominee, right?

"Will Joe Biden ever explain his collusion with other countries to get his son in prominent positions?"

Yeah because Jarred Kushner would never use his connection to Trump to get a billion dollars to finance his building in NY.

"She was chosen to roll back LGBTQ rights. This was a reason why she was chosen."

She was also chosen because she promised Trump she won't recuse herself in any case involving the election. In other words she will hand Trump a stolen election if it becomes possible. She has not honor, morality or decency. Sold her soul to become a SC Justice.

Go read what the Senate investigation of this had to say and then STFU.

It's clearly orthodox Judaic, not just Zionists expressing "by way of deception for the national cause." "Gentiles" are outlawed throughout the Talmud and not even considered men. Why do you imagine the orthodox and the Zionists set Christian businesses on fire or run over peaceful Christian protesters, even attacking tourists? Christianity and Islam in Jerusalem are both methodically being exterminated.

Only zealots take "traditions" of hatred and bigotry to heart and practice them, the rest of us are their potential victims.

As well as rolling back women's rights and voter rights.

Amy Barrett does not have to explain anything to anyone.

They have the votes. She can say whatever she wants.

IT DOES NOT MATTER.

Unless RGB wins her case with the Almighty AMY is our next Supreme Court justice.

Trumpy won this battle. After Trump loses war for our hearts and minds we can rebalance the ship.

RBG.

(RGB stands for red green blue, an old techie term).

#17 No she cannot, say whatever she wants. If she says,"I will recuse myself from cases involving ongoing elections". She would not be confirmed. The Republicans would vote nay.

She's corrupt as hell and so are they.

Respectfully.

I dont think you get it.

It's a done deal. What she says means nothin.

The Republicans will only vote nay if that's what a Trumpy and McConnell say. Period.

I said period!! But I got more.

Trump has decided McConnell has decided. It's a done deal bro.

Watching these hearings is just mental ------------ now. There is only one thing that could change the outcome now.

God putting his finger on the scale of justice.

"She won't because Christianity doesn't consider lying a sin. It appears to encourages it."

To be fair, a lot of religions discourage lying...except when it's in the furtherance of the religion. The original Catch-22.

It would be awesome if everyone could go to a job interview and answer none of the questions asked.

I disagree with her thinking about most topics but it's clear that she is smarter than everybody else in that room. Nobody has the chops to force an answer out of her that she does not already want to give. And she can do that in a fully composed manner. From that perspective she's orders of magnitude better a candidate than Kavanaugh was.
