The Justice Department on Tuesday sued Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a former adviser and confidant of first lady Melania Trump, alleging she breached a nondisclosure agreement when she published a scathing tell-all about her experiences inside the East Wing earlier this year.

Why is the DoJ acting as a personal lawyer for FLOTUS?

LAMP

Because his boss told him to.

Yeah, I have heard that Pres Trump has been trying to get AG Barr to go after Pres Trump's political enemies of late.

Isn't that the way dictators operate?

Have the libs started a GoFundMe for her, like the cons do for boys who kill protesters?

Fixer Barr found someone he is willing to use the DOJ against for Trump.

I heard a recorded conversation last night and Melania comes across as just as wretched as Trump. Here's just a taste:

Melania Trump: (04:10)
... they (the MSM) would not do the story(on children at the border being treated well) because they are against us because they're liberal media. Yeah, if I go to Fox, they will do the story. I don't want to go to Fox. All the time that he's the only one for everything. You understand?
Stephanie Winston Wolkoff: (04:26)
I do. So what prompted you to want to buy that jacket? (the "I don't care, do you?" jacket)
Melania Trump: (04:29)
I'm driving liberals crazy that's for sure. And they deserve it. You understand?
Stephanie Winston Wolkoff: (04:40)
I know.
Melania Trump: (04:41)
Everybody's like, "Oh my God, this is the worst. This is the worst." After ... I mean, come on, they are crazy, okay?

So they're trying to sue Wolkoff for NDA violation, but everything she's said is true, and she's got the recordings. The Trumps can't stand people finding out the truth about them.

The truth getting out makes it harder for the cultists to keep their heads in the sand

I think Barr is guilty of abusing his office to do the bidding of the Trumps on personal matters. He should be impeached.

Ham-No amount of truth will get their heads out of the sand and personally, I think most of them store their heads in a much darker place.

DANNI

Trump is going to "impeach" Barr himself ~~ Trump just said that he's not committed to keeping Barr as his A.G. in his second term.

Barr has committed two loyalty violations recently. 1) he failed to get an interim Durham report and 2) failed to get indictments of Obama and Biden ~ two items absolutely crucial to Trump's re-election campaign. The "October Surprise" so to speak. Now Trump campaign is dead in the water and sinking fast.

Of course we all know what that means.

'c'est la vie' Monsieur Attorney General

Don't feel sorry for Barr. He knew he signed a contract in blood. He just didn't know the blood was all going to be his.

The NDA documents are unenforceable. No frowny lawyers are going to show up in court and change that. I guess Mel hired Barr & Associates on a contingency basis, not being able to get Saul Goodman on the phone...

Melania comes across as just as wretched as Trump

Why else do you think he was attracted to her?

She is as big, if not a bigger racist than him.

She lied on her visa application and should be deported.

Only today's evangelicals would fall in love with pieces of trash like them.

Proof money doesn't buy class.

Since when is the DOJ responsible for enforcing illegal NDAs insisted upon by the Drumpf Cartel? This is a lawsuit that Combover Quisling should be hiring attorneys to fight. The government does NOT make employees sign NDAs. This it totally inappropriate!

The government does NOT make employees sign NDAs.

Yes it does. Bolton is the obvious recent example.

Regarding Ms. Wolkoff, "On August 21, 2017, Ms. Wolkoff entered into a "Gratuitous Services Agreement" with the Government, formally memorializing the terms of her service to the First Lady. The Agreement was approved by a government contracting officer on August 22, 2017." A copy of the agreement is attached to the lawsuit. politico.com

The government, through the DOJ, is the proper party to bring the suit. Whether and how far the government can enforce the agreement is another matter.

Doesn't the lawsuit violate Stephanie's right to free speech? They tried the lawsuit tactics with Bolton and went down in flames.

Doesn't the lawsuit violate Stephanie's right to free speech?

Maybe, maybe not. That's the other "matter" I mentioned.

They tried the lawsuit tactics with Bolton and went down in flames.

Nope. The pre-publication prior restraint injunction the Buffoon wanted went down in flames. The lawsuit hasn't.

Anybody think Melania would have even talked to Trump the plumber ?...but since he craps on a golden toilet, she loves him.
She is the definition of a gold digger.
