Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Saturday, October 17, 2020

The QAnon world is no longer simply a social media community trafficking in conspiracy theories. It's increasingly a new constituency for the GOP -- one that's fired up like the rest of the MAGA movement, warring with tech giants and ready to battle through Election Day on behalf of a struggling president.

QAnon is the evolution of the Tea Party.

They've always been republicans.

Also. Is anyone surprised Trump inspires conspiracy theorists?

Trump is their king.

The demograhics of the United Statesis moving in a direction that is tending to reduce the number of voters who align with the GOP.

So what does the GOP do strategically and tactically?

Tactically...

  • suppress the votes of those who typically do not vote for GOP candidates
  • > reduce the ability to vote of those who typically do not vote for GOP candidates

Strategically

  • put candidates on the Supreme Court who enable the above tactics, reducing Democracy in the United States

What should the GOP be doing?

  • trying to appeal to the current population of the United States with a strategy and message that will garner votes.

What the GOP does in desperation because what they have done does not seem to be working:

  • support extremist, fringe groups

Well I suppose it simplifies things, now that the GOP has finally dropped all pretense and taken off the hoods.

I honestly never thought I'd see the say they aren't afraid to show their true colors in public.

The birthers were numerous and barely concealed KKK. This mass delusion is fed by Fox and the alt-right to control the puppets of evil Billionaires.

There are many Foxes Bruce not just one.The Nocturnal fox tends to be pro trump as well as the afternoon Lou Dobbs species which is EXTREMELY loyal to the Trump. The Chris Wallace and the "News foxes" have shown their anti Trump Bias through occasional presentation of facts.

Fake thread. Fake Headline.

If I posted a like thread about Democrats, it would be deleted. Should be here as well.

What in the hell are you afraid of, BOAZ? I've never seen you call for a thread to be deleted. Christ, you people are really scared, aren't you?!

What about Trump? Clearly he supports Qanon. Or is that fake news too?

You are fascinatingly inconsistent. Read a book, especially one that I've been suggesting for more than 5 years now. Maybe you'll get a god damned clue!

Bullpoop BOZO.

It's not fake, but your outrage is.

Moronic clown :)

How's civil war #2 coming?

There's a hellfire missile with you and your pal's names on it if you actually try any BS after your orange fuehrer is massively defeated by legal election - you literately have no hope.

Try putting away your imaginary grievances and maybe growing up.

You are the problem BOZO, not the solution.

Fair play?

Not based on the fact you're still supporting Trump and the Republican Party.

They've gone out of their way to prove they're not interested in "fair play."

"I'm just asking for fair play. Always have.."

So if Democrats get the most votes for the state legislature, should Democrats or Republicans control the state legislature?

Boaz please define "fake" for me because none of the definitions I have for it works for the following:
Fake thread. Fake Headline.

What does "fake" mean to you in the context above?
This thread's obviously real. You're posting in it.
The headline's real. I read it.

Do you mean the headline's inaccurate? Not true? A lie? If so, please explain, because the article lays out examples one after another of the GOP Trumpers warming to QAnon followers as Trump has done. Trump's a huge supporter having retweeted 100's of QAnon conspiracy tweets.

Reading the article I can't find any flaws in what they're reporting.

You may read the headline as the entire GOP is forming an alliance with QAnon, or you may read it in the context of the article and understand that QAnon followers are being courted for money and their enthusiasm.

Not the first time the GOP has decided to play with fire, either.

So Boaz, don't do the fingers in your ears "lalalallalalalala" response which is all posting "Fake thread. Fake News." is. That's just a copout because you don't like what you read. What is it in the article that you have an issue with?

#19 | Posted by YAV at 2020-10-18 10:38 PM | Reply

Linking the GOP to QAnon is wrong. There's no official statements....

Of course you cant. It's your bias.

You will believe what you want to believe if it fits your worldview.

#21 - you're the poster-child for that, Bro.

"official statement" - LMAO!

I got it. You can't cite a single thing except "The GOP didn't 'officially' proclaim a 'New Alliance' with the people they've and Trump have been playing footsies with."

Trump re-tweeting them?
Trump refusing to denounce them?
QAnon candidates getting Trump and the GOP support?
QAnon candidates winning primaries?

It hasn't taken over the party but the GOP is supportive of QAnon voters and candidates.

Deal with it.
