A federal judge on Tuesday night ordered the U.S. Postal Service to reverse limitations on mail collection imposed by Trump-backed Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, giving the agency until Wednesday morning to inform workers of the court's changes as more mail-in ballots continue to flood in.

Doesn't matter what a judge says, the corrupt asshat will do what his boss told him to do.

One thing is perfectly clear with this administration, they will do what they want, when they want no matter how illegal or if they get caught because that is what the swamp does.

My local carrier laughed and said his station has been ignoring DeJoys orders since the git-go. Union backs them up.

What are they going to charged with? Delivering the mail on time? Failure to interfere with an election?

LOL ~ I'd like to see that case go to the Supreme Court.

This supreme court would find them culpable and impose sanctions. They would say the directives of the postmaster general are paramount.

Just watch.

A day late and a dollar short.

The damage has been done.

It's gonna take years to undo the damage trumpism has done to America.

Decades even.

Maybe never.

"find them culpable."

For what? Fraud? Fraud for what? Failure to interfere with an election?

It appears right now the "postmaster general" isn't aware of what the mice are doing while the cat's away. The way this election is going, he's probably starting to be more concerned about his own legal problems for failing to follow court orders months ago.

What's he going to do when there's no Trump to protect him? Turn states evidence to save his own buttinsky. Or the that ol' standby "I was only following orders" defense.

I doubt if Biden will take any action against DeJoy other than firing him. Or mayb not even that.

A member of Biden's transition team might just walk into DeJoy's office and say "BOO!"

"I doubt if Biden will take any action against DeJoy other than firing him. Or mayb not even that."

Oh, he definitely should be fired on day 1. I would have him notified somewhere really public. Like if he giving an important speech or something.

But Biden, being much smarter about these things, will probably just "ask" for him to resign. Immediately. If not sooner.

I think he should be investigated for fraud waste and abuse. Regardless.

As of yesterday DeJoy received another blow to the solar plexus. According to this article, a Federal Judge bypassed DeJoy completely and gave a direct order to the U.S. Postal Service itself. ~ with an immediate deadline to comply.

They're to reverse DeJoy's orders and get the those ballots delivered by election day no matter what it takes.

The local station where I live never paid any attention to DeJoy anyway.

Yeah, but DeJoy is a small fish. You know as well as I do what the Feds do with "bait" fish.

When you see where this ruling applies it is painfully obvious this is an attempt to steal the election.

Michigan

Pennsylvania

Florida

And then inside blue states, solid blue districts such as Philadelphia and Baltimore and Detroit.

This was a targeted hit on the ability to cast mail in ballots in blue areas.

The fix to the USPS financial woes is painfully obvious...over turn the republican law that requires the USPS to fund the health insurance costs of retirees for the next 75 years. This law applies to no other business in America and covers mail carriers that have not EVEN BEEN BORN YET.

You're probably right but I hope you're wrong. When a government official is ordered to prevent the efficient operation of a government agency that he runs and then he obeys such an order he/she should beheld accountable.

Biden doesn't have to take any action, other than firing DeJoy.

You wouldn't want him to be like Trump.

DeJoy broke a number of very serious election laws under the umbrella of the Trump administration. It will be up to Biden's independent DOJ to pursue and indict him.

Once charged it's likely the DOJ will use DeJoy as a tool to countermand Trump's own claims of fraud. Trump's promised lawsuits of voter fraud and DeJoy's actions are fatally entwined. Like the pot calling the kettle black.

The charges against DeJoy, including the violation of a court order, are so severe he'll have no choice but to make a deal with the prosecutor. He's a weasel. He'll flip.

Biden can't fire DeJoy, Twinpac. DeJoy only answers to the Board of Governors. about.usps.com

You're right. I forgot about that. However, I think the Board of Governors is appointed by the President.

DeJoy will likely be "strongly encouraged" to resign as they're wont to do when the circumstances are criminal.

One IG investigation can lead to another if corruption and fraud waste and abuse is uncovered.

Once Trumpy can no longer put his knee on the neck of investigators, of course.

The fact that Hunter Biden's damning documents have mysteriously come up empty today while being delivered proves why the Dems want to use delivery services to allow people to vote. They can control those transit conduits and they know it. And it's out in the open now. Yet Liberals will still think their side plays fair and only the Reps play dirty.
