President Donald Trump's campaign has filed yet another version of its lawsuit over the election results in Pennsylvania, now contending that he should be named the victor in the presidential contest there or that the state legislature be given the authority to assign the state's 20 electoral votes.

Donald Trump is absolutely committed to stealing this election.

Your man, Trumpites. Stay classy.

Donald Trump is really going to make some peace officer, some armed man, tell him he leaves the White House under his own power or otherwise.

I don't find it unusual to amend a pleading. It's quite common.

I do find it bizarre that the second amended complaint is not signed by any attorney. electioncases.osu.edu

The ineptitude is truly astounding.

Please tell me you saw Rudy's press conference today. The rabbit hole is getting really, really crowded and now includes Maduro and the entire socialist government of Venezuela. Oh, yeah, and George Soros is down there too.

Mind numbingly bizarre.

I'm no lawyer but I don't think Rudy can buff up his Pennsylvania lawsuit by adding the words ~~ shoulda, coulda, woulda and 'what ifs' to the complaint.

"Mind numbingly bizarre."

And besides his lunatic rant he looked rather incredibly crazy too! Hair dye dripping down on both sides of his face with wild looking bat s**t crazy eyes it was an incredible spectacle and Rudy is too crazy to even be embarrassed.

Rudy thinks he is a genius. Rudy thinks he makes sense. Rudy thinks he is handsome.

Whatever crazy Rudy so easily shares with the rest of the world, Donald Trump is worse.

Ineptitude has defined this administration - along with discrimination of various sorts and division.

Understand that defines Trump supporters in general.

It should at most be, "three strikes and your out".
There HAS to be a statute of limitations that they
have, that deals with frivolous lawsuits and challenges.

Trampy and Rudy Colludy is 2-32 in lawsuits so far.

That's HOF numbers.

One of those stellar victories is that observers could stand six feet instead of ten feet away from bipartisan counters.

Legal dream team.

One of Rudy Colludy's highlights in PA was when he started rattling off fraud allegations and the judge asked him if he was alleging fraud and Rudy replied no, then he started going down the same path and the judge demanded proof which Rudy did not have.

Another was in Michigan where they were using stats from a county in Minnesota.

Don't forget to do your tai chi or yoga or keep your meds ready.

It's been "fun" but It ain't over yet. The Mad Fatter hasn't sung yet. Nope. The Mad King has not ended the party. Off with their heads! Heads must roll (and pardons issued) firstly. Anyway. This Tea Party has 60 days to go. Assuming Rudy Colludy doesn't explode or meltdown and emit some weird black toxic goo and send an Army of Ghouliani' Zombies all oozing black goo to attack Georgia and end this silly democracy thing once and for all.

I just want to know how the hell is Rudy suddenly a blonde?! I mean eye brows and all. He's been a dark haired clown all his life.

This will be the first inaugurated POTUS to not have the incumbent present at the transfer of power. Donnie will be dragged out in straight jacket and chains. Getting my popcorn for 2 months from now.

I don't think that is true. Nixon did not attend Ford's, for one.

Ford didn't have an inauguration since he assumed the end of Nixon's 2nd term after he resigned in disgrace, so he had no inauguration.

Ford did attend Jimmy Carter's inauguration as the then-incumbent President.

Everyone knows that rudy was touching up his grey sideburns.
Well anyone with unfogged brain.

Rudy's finest hour will be the scene in the new Borat movie where he has his hand down his pants "tucking in his shirt."

I have seen the new Borat movie three times, and every successive viewing revealed jokes I previously missed!

Re 18

What a cheap bastage.

Rudy Colludy, who is apparently making $20,000 A DAY for his ghoulish antics, can't afford real hair color or a makeup specialist so he used shoe polish ?

Anyone who's head what's not up Trumpy's rear would know better and would do better.

Thank the Gawds that this creepy clown show is almost over.

Now that Rudy and his legal 'team' are in quarantine (member Ellis, Flynn's lawer, has COVID), and no credible law firm wants to touch this, who's left to go to court?

Seems like COVID is getting the last word over Trump and his band of idiots.

#21 | Posted by AMERICANUNITY at 2020-11-21 03:09 PM | Reply

And Trumpy loses another round.

Dismissed with prejudice. This lawsuit is DEAD.

I like this:
'(The judge likened) Trump campaign's case to "a Frankenstein's Monster," saying the claims are "haphazardly stitched together" and attempt to "mix-and-match claims to bypass contrary precedent."'

This AZ judge deems Trump lawyers' affidavit solicitation process as untrustworthy because of the number of affidavits submitted that the lawyers themselves identified as "spam" or faulty that were set aside from the batch submitted to the court.
