Something to celebrate? Michigan's GOP leaders drink Dom Perignon at Trump's DC hotel - hours after telling the President there's nothing he can do to overturn Biden's win.

I won't believe a word out these men's mouths until everything is officially certified and Biden is beyond a doubt the POTUS elect.

did Trump comp their stay and tab, or, did Michiganders pay for that?

That $800 went straight into donald's pocket.

I wonder what $800 champagne tastes like.

No too subtle in their receipt of bribery are they?

Probably not good enough to warrant $800.

"House Speaker Lee Chatfield and Rep. Jim Lilly were photographed on Friday night indulging in a bottle of Dom Perignon at the hotel's Benjamin Bar & Lounge."

Here's Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield (R) telling Fox & Friends that a "constitutional crisis" could still overturn Biden's victory there.

That's important to figure out since if Trump did comp their stay and the bar bill, that could constitute an ethics violation.

And if the stuck the Michigan taxpayers with the bill, that's just pathetic.

Interesting question. If Trump invited them to the white house and they toasted with $800 champagne, and (according to the article) drank til midnight, would that be different or the same?

Two "c-c-conservative" goobers who probably "hate" big government while being youngers living off its largess.

Paul Ryans in the making.

"I wonder what $800 champagne tastes like." the same as $100 does if you buy it somewhere else.

Fake champagne.

They will "Follow the law" - we shall see. State Legislature doesn't pay that well that $500 bottles of Dom should be flying. Frankly not exactly a drink most guys are going to pick without a reason to celebrate. I find it hard to believe meeting their idol is the true reason.

I am fine with investigating allegations of fraud. Not enough there to change the vote so certify and move on.

If the label is pulled away from the bottle, we see Trader Joe's underneath.

Let's see...AOC poses in $12k wardrobe vs. Reps who drink a bottle of wine that is actually quite ordinarily priced. Yeah, I think it's easy to see which party cares about money and lavishness.

$800.00?

I think the question is how many of them could afford the vintage on their own?

AOC only borrowed the outfit for a photo shoot vs. the President bribing legislators.

And if I recall correctly, that $12k wardrobe that AOC was wearing for was for magazine cover photo and it was loaned to her by the designer. She didn't spend a dime of her or the taxpayer's money.

"a bottle of wine that is actually quite ordinarily priced."

Nonsense. It's $150 wholesale, at the most. The markup is mostly for the cache.

And how many "ordinarily priced" bottles of wine are you buying in a month?

Why were they drinking the cheap ----?

"AOC only borrowed the outfit for a photo shoot vs. the President bribing legislators."

Every socialist wants the benefits of capitalism...they just don't want to have to put forth the effort. It's not "let's build something together," it's "let's take what's already been built."

That's really what socialism is all about.

Fact.

PATHETIC to read Humtake lie about both AOC and the price of Dom Perignon.
Do you even have ANY dignity left at long last, you hack?

We all easily can read past your amateur lying, so why even bother?
