Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) today filed letters with the legal bar authorities in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Pennsylvania, seeking the disbarment of Rudolph Giuliani and 22 other lawyers representing Donald Trump in his attempts to overturn the election and demolish democracy.

"We live together in extraordinary and increasingly dangerous national circumstances. At present, our sitting President has refused to accept the outcome of our national election and is attacking the integrity of our electoral system to keep himself in power. The pattern of behavior by these individuals to effectuate Mr. Trump's sinister arson is a danger not just to our legal system but is also unprecedented in our national life. In carrying out that perversion, they have clearly violated the [] Rules of Professional Conduct they swore to uphold and should face the severest sanction your body can mete out: revocation of their law licensures," Pascrell writes the legal disciplinary authorities in five states.

Time to end this circus.

Just because gang clothes happen to be 3 piece suits doesn't mean we can't recognize them.

"be ashamed"???

When, outside of a comedy workshop, has that phrase ever been put in the same sentence as the word "lawyer"?

FYI:

Sidney Powell was probably the most powerful person to have ever believed in deep, mystic, devout QAnonism. Her Twitter profile picture is a reference to The Storm, which is the roundup and execution of Democrats in the Q world.

It was weird to me this wasn't a bigger deal.

I wish Pascrell a lot of luck. He's asking for an investigation that has merit.

As a point of curiosity I have often wondered by the first responder (the judge himself) in cases of such obvious and repetitive frivolity, haven't seen fit to sanction the Plaintiff's attorneys for wasting the court's time. Other than tossing Giuliani out on his ear in Pennsylvania, Trump's various campaign legal teams were operating full blast with impunity and, in effect, were being allowed to perpetrate an evidentiary myth to xfinity.

Is it because these judges are "conservative" i.e. Republicans?

To avoid the Partiality label most likely or they were sympathetic Right wingers hoping the Trump Keystone cops legal team could actually find some legal grounds...
