Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for a "global mechanism" that would use QR codes to open up international travel.

This comes out of the G20 summit on Covid. You know the one Trump didn't bother with?

The idea seems questionable to me. Implementation would be hellacious - except for the Chinese.

See. Just as I now predicted!
Obama's facilitation of Trump and the Democrat's refusal to reign him in has opened the door for sleepy/China/dementia Joe to implement his dastardly master plan of conquering the American universe for George "shizzles" Soros and the galactic pedos

QR code-based software, which would be used to assign citizens a personal score based on their medical history, health check-ups and lifestyle habits.

QR codes have been used differently elsewhere.

In Singapore and Australia, for example, they're used for contract tracing, with residents using them to check into and out of places they visit, including malls, restaurants and their places of work.

Trump was right along. Biden will allow China to do whatever it wants to do

Re: #3

Biden is not the president until January 21st. Blame it all on the D's, even if you have to sacrifice the country to create negative situations that you can blame on the D's

After all this (continuing) crap you remain a Trump supporter.

You're a sick man.

This has less to do with Covid and more to do with tracking the travel of certain Chinese nationals. It's the modern equivalent of tying a bell around their necks...

Yep, this is the Liberal wet dream. Libs have championed China's causes for so long that China is completely comfortable with trying to get their Communistic desires passed on the world stage. Libs will most likely want the QR code to also include a person's political leanings so they can ensure those people are silenced as much as possible if they aren't Liberals. For any objective person, the correlation to Liberal policies and China's Communism are incredibly apparent. And I don't believe at all that Liberals are doing this intentionally. They just have a hard time seeing more than 2 feet in front of their faces so they can't actually see that there are negative repercussions when they support Communism, murder, etc. when it is used to make a statement. Don't blame anyone else but yourselves for this. China would NEVER have been comfortable enough bringing this up 30 years ago but with American Liberalism flourishing, they know nobody will seriously chastise them for trying to create a symbol that is attached to everyone to identify them (like a number tattooed on an arm or patch they have to wear in public).

I had to use a QR code on a passenger location form when I vacationed in Greece back in September.

It was painless.

If this is a Liberal wet dream then you are a Damned Genius. We know the later is not true so the former isn't either....

This is about Trump abdicating from world leadership the past 4 years. He didn't even attend the summit or send anyone in his sted you twit. Wake the F--- up! Biden isn't even President yet and you and Mav are talking like this is the case.

Nobody here is saying this is a good thing except perhaps Madbomber. For me this is another very bad thing. Your movements would be OFFICIALLY tracked and when would it end? I mean forget that you carry around a cell phone that allows you to be tracked and does track everywhere you go.
