Threatening someone with violence is not to be tolerated.

If you go read the posts Ricky cited, they can be taken different ways and are not necessarily threats of violence. They are however a call to take action against Ricky. It was a single person also. If I was him I would have reported it too and wanted it on the record but I agree with the police.

That said WTF did you expect when you bailed out a murderer who illegally possessed a gun that was illegally bought for him and was in a place that really had nothing to do with him when he murdered someone in cold blood. There is going to be outrage. Their are going to be negative comments made about you. It wouldn't surprise me if it turned out to be some Right Wing nutter trying to stir controversy.
