Another court ruling has gone against allies of the Trump campaign in their bid to halt certification of the 2020 presidential election in Pennsylvania, as the state's Supreme Court issued an order Saturday dismissing a recent court challenge focused on mail-in voting.

The petitioners filed the action more than a year after the relevant Act 77 was enacted, after several elections and only days before the 2020 election results were to be certified. The per curiam order stated: Thus, it is beyond cavil that Petitioners failed to act with due diligence in presenting the instant claim.

Cavil has several synonyms, one of them being "frivolous." Sounds like the PA Supreme Court has had enough of the GOP's frivolous litigation attempting to steal the vote. Sanctions against the attorneys would be nice cherry on top of Trump's mountain of losses.

These lawsuits are just to fire up the R base. They have no expectation of winning. One legal pundit called them tweets with a filing fee.

Same with the recounts.

It's all a facade to go along with the fraud allegations.

That is correct the nutters who think Pizzagate was real and Sandyhook was faked and all "crisis actors" are the sane ones then? (But I seriously think that is more than 7%)

It is simply insane how many people think there was serious voter fraud and the election was stolen. Talk about a bunch of snowflakes having a meltdown...

I'll bet that if the Trump Campaign offered a reward for information of fraud in the election that they would collect a great deal of stuff to support their claims, or to produce comedy gold...

#1 Not to nitpick, but "beyond cavil" in this context simply means "beyond debate."
