On Wednesday, the US recorded 3,157 coronavirus deaths, marking a new single-day high, according to Johns Hopkins University. More people died from COVID-19 in the US on Wednesday than the number of people killed in the 9/11 terror attacks: 2,977.

And yet righties still don't think we need to take more stringent mitigation measures whereas they felt almost two decades of war in two different countries costing trillions of dollars was a necessary response to one 9/11.

I remember when the models predicted this.

I also remember what Republicans said about those models and those predictions.

Curious how fixated the GOP was on the four deaths at Benghazi, while relatively unconcerned about the 270,000 deaths due to COVID-19.
