Reading back on his twitter he seems like he is pretty reasonable. He has several posts calling out other reps for supporting Qanon he is a pro-mask pro-science Republican. Honestly if he were my rep. he probably would have gotten my vote just based on a brief twitter perusal. Oh he has also been pretty much against Trump trying to say the election was stolen since Nov 3. Posting or re-tweeting several snopes articles debunking election fraud claims.

I mean he is still a Republican so he is against GND and M4A etc., but he genuinely seems to be coming at it from a view that he wants the best path forward for American and doesn't think those are the right direction. I can respect that when it's not just screaming about socialism and muh fredumbs.
