Ted Cruz thinks he's a stable genius. He isn't going any where voluntarily.

It's amazing. Believe it or not, many evangelicals are starting to get their sense of smell back and are discerning rats, limburger, and rotten fruit coming from Cruz' office.

Sorry for the Bible verse, but I thought it'd be appropriate:
He (Jesus) spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: 9 And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt ecut it down.
Luke 13:6 (KJV)

This would only work if Cruz had some modicum of shame.
That ship sailed years ago I reckon'.

He may not be orange in hue, but certainly has the oaf thing down. Is Rafael unctuous, or just smarmy? Is he insincere or just disingenuous? His wife wants to know...

Typical Ted Cruz : Wait for the heat to die down then someone pulls the cord and he starts speaking again.

Then maybe we need to put him in a hole and dump dung on him. See if he produces fruit next time.

Until Republicans.
All Republicans.
Start holding their representatives to some kind of standard.
Nothing will change.
I don't see it happening. .

Although, I doubt a dumptruck-load of dung would produce any fruit from the Cruz tree. And if any is produced, it'll be rotten and full of ants, maggots, and fruit flies.
