Trump Talked Out of Pardoning Kids and Republican Lawmakers

Personally, I think Trump will pardon himself, his kids and those GOP lawmakers secretly if not openly. If he does it secretly, guess we won't know if and until Trump, his kids and/or the GOP lawmakers are faced with federal charges.

Weeks before a mob of President Donald Trump's supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol, right-wing activist Ali Alexander told his followers that he was planning something big for Jan. 6.

Alexander, who organized the "Stop the Steal" movement, said he hatched the plan -coinciding with Congress's vote to certify the electoral college votes--alongside three GOP lawmakers: Reps. Andy Biggs, Ariz., Mo Brooks, Ala., and Paul Gosar, Ariz., all hard-line Trump supporters.

"We four schemed up of putting maximum pressure on Congress while they were voting," Alexander said in a since-deleted video on Periscope highlighted by the Project on Government Oversight, an investigative nonprofit. The plan, he said, was to "change the hearts and the minds of Republicans who were in that body, hearing our loud roar from outside."

Arizona Republican's brothers say he is 'at least partially to blame' for Capitol violence

The brothers of Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) said their sibling is "at least partially to blame" for the deadly riots at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

Biggs's brothers, William Biggs and Daniel Biggs, wrote in a letter to the editor to The Arizona Republic that he should be removed from office over what they viewed as his role in inciting the riot.

"By attempting to cause uncertainty in the election's outcome, Andy is at least partially to blame for the riot at the Capital on January 6," the brothers wrote. "Political ambition, peer pressure and fealty to [former President Donald] Trump proved to be too strong a drug to resist.

"These are violations of his oath of office and erode the trust of the American electorate. For these reasons we call for the timely removal of Congressman Biggs from office."
