"Chilling" is the perfect word.

All of it was out in the open. We can stop pretending that this is all "chilling" and news. We saw it happening in real time. Just because reporters and Trumpies went along with the charade doesn't mean it wasn't completely transparent while it happened.

No quarter.

CHUFFY

Agreed! There was no question that Trump was trying to discredit Dr. Fauci who was, by experience, intelligence, education and reputation, more credible by several millions of magnitudes than Donald Trump.

It wasn't a long trip.

We all knew that.

Reading this short thread one thought becomes obvious, we are lucky we survived the Presidency of that a*****e. Thank God most but not all of us did. We need to be sure we never endure such a lazy mind as our President again. When you boil it down, Donald Trump is a dope with a good haircut but even the haircut is looking kind of pathetic these days.

If you were not chilled watching it unfold in real time, you have an acutely underdeveloped sense of 'reality' and situational awareness, and/or, a malignant view of fantasy as an acceptable path of denial, divergent from reality.

"Nazi theory indeed specifically denies that such a thing as the truth' exists. There is, for instance, no such thing as Science' ... If the Leader says of such and such an event, It never happened'"well, it never happened. If he says that two and two are five"well, two and two are five. This prospect frightens me much more than bombs."

I had never seen a head of state f*** with Scientists the way Trump did.

I had read about it happening in Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia but had never seen it in America.

If the Leader says of such and such an event, It never happened - well, it never happened. If he says that two and two are five - well, two and two are five.

Literally describes Trump and his Trumpers

This was obvious from the first press conference when trump's toadie told us to ignore our eyes and ears and trust that his empty inauguration was the largest ever.

Plenty of cult members around here were happy to embrace delusion and never looked back.
