His reference to Pittsburgh was a nod to similar comments by Trump in 2017 when he pulled out of the Paris Climate Agreement.
In a speech made in 2017, Trump said "I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris."
Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto quote tweeted Cruz saying "Are you kidding me? Here we go, again..."
These know-nothing jackasses just pick Pittsburgh because of the alliteration with Paris.
