It seems t be a conflict as he is giving something to a constituent. But I applaud him for donating his time to the effort.

Since when has being a decent human being, been a conflict?
Is it because Republicans refuse to be decent human beings. So it's unfair?

It's called "Constituent Services" and Congress and Senate exists to do provide services to their constituents. www.everycrsreport.com
This is just one very direct way of doing it. I applaud Ruiz!
