Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) took to Twitter Friday to blast the newly formed America First Caucus, dubbing them "the white supremacy caucus."

Kinzinger torched the group on Twitter saying he was "completely disgusted" and called for GOP members that join it to be stripped of their committees.

lol... I just saw this story in the news.

"Got Anglo-Saxon?"

And this is just too... expected:

"Embattled GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, who is under federal investigation over allegations involving sex trafficking and prostitution, tweeted Friday,

"I'm proud to join @mtgreenee in the #AmericaFirst Caucus. We will end wars, stop illegal immigration & promote trade that is fair to American workers. This is just a hit piece from the America Last crowd in Big Media, Big Tech & Big Government."

Trump Loyalists are f'n crazy.

I'm just SO glad to see that there is now no institutional nor cultural racism in the US.

"A seven-page document that lays out policy positions for the caucus includes nativist language and perpetuates the falsehood that there was widespread fraud and corruption in the 2020 election.

According to the document, the group says it seeks to advance former president Donald Trump's legacy, which means stepping "on some toes" and sacrificing "sacred cows for the good of the American nation."

EVEN some House GOPhers are running away from this idiocy....

"House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) on Friday seemed to oppose the formation of the caucus, though he did not call it or its members out by name.

"America is built on the idea that we are all created equal and success is earned through honest, hard work. It isn't built on identity, race, or religion," McCarthy tweeted. "The Republican Party is the party of Lincoln & the party of more opportunity for all Americans " not nativist dog whistles."

"...uniquely Anglo-Saxon political traditions."
Like, well, what?

Hugo Boss AG produced mountains of clothing back in the day, mostly in Brownshirt brown and SS black, which these GOPers might find attractive, if a bit austere. Getting the slave-labor production lines up and running again may pose a problem, though.

"The Republican Party is the party of Lincoln & the party of more opportunity for all Americans -- not nativist dog whistles."

They are infrequent, the times when I agree with House Minority Leader McCarthy.

But this is one of them.

His comment is worth repeating, boldly...

"America is built on the idea that we are all created equal and success is earned through honest, hard work. It isn't built on identity, race, or religion," McCarthy tweeted. "The Republican Party is the party of Lincoln & the party of more opportunity for all Americans -- not nativist dog whistles."

America First was the name of Charles A. Lindbergh's pro-Nazi group.
