You don't get it. Donnie Fail hands out the cash, minus his kick-backs, and that's it.

Yup.

Remember during a stimulus bill under Trump's auspices, and the Republicans in Congress were fighting the bill because there were "spending oversight" provisions in it?

Yup that bill passed thanks to Dems not being opposed to passing legislation that would be good for the American people, even if it helped Combover Quising in his reelection bid. The Dems added language to the bill that named the Inspectors General as the spending oversight, so what did Dotard do? After the bill was passed he fired all the IGs, bang, no more oversight, now he and Munchkin had a trillion dollar slush fund with which to reward their friends, donors and those willing to make massive kickbacks to Drumpf. I'm sure that's something else we're going to find in a year or so. MAGAts will claim it's just spoils of war, nothing to see here.

Sounds like this company made some easy money, but this isn't going to go anywhere.

FTA:

While ApiJect didn't deliver 100 million syringes by the end of the year, it has met its obligations under its federal contracts and loan commitments, in part by lining up a subcontractor that promises to be able to produce the syringes if they are approved by the FDA.

Both the Pentagon and HHS have said ApiJect is compliant with the terms of its contracts, and the agencies have set aside $147.6 million in federal funds, which could rise with FDA approval.
