Sunday, June 13, 2021

The long and divisive reign of Benjamin Netanyahu, the dominant Israeli politician of the past generation, officially ended on Sunday, at least for the time being, as the country's Parliament gave its vote of confidence to a precarious coalition government stitched together by widely disparate anti-Netanyahu forces. Naftali Bennett, a former aide to Netanyahu who opposes a Palestinian state and is considered to the right of his former ally, formally replaces him as prime minister

They should vote Netanyahu out and then drop him in the middle of Gaza.

@#4 ... Yay? ...

In a similar recent thread, I commented on the very political diverse nature of the coalition that was looking to oust fmr PM Netanyahu. I noted that fmr PM Netanyahu must have been quite bad if that type of coalition was able to pull together to oust him.

If nothing else, this may be interesting going forward.

We know Biden is doing something very good when Netanyahu uses his last speech as PM to angrily denounce him, and Putin announces that US-Russia relations are at a new all time low.

Thank GOD that Trump is gone!

Netanyahu deserves the death penalty for his crimes against humanity. The people of Israel need to look long and hard into the mirror and come to grips with the fact that they allowed that murderous piece of ---- to run their nation for twelve years. Once does not need to be in any way 'pro-Palestinian' or 'anti-Israel' to recognize the moral horror of Netanyahu's tenure.

Nuttyahoo is claiming he will be reinstated as PM on Aug the 15th.

Coincidence? I think not!

I suspect it will be a while before Bibi gets into the US again. Diamond Joe remembers the insult this thug delivered to his former boss, and by extension much of the populace. He can stand on the south side of the oaf's border fence and shout his message...

Of course the guy replacing Netanyahu is even worse than Netanyahu.

This joke is from Barry Farber, whose radio show I listened to in New York, around the same time Trump was calling for the execution of the Central Park Five, who were of course innocent:

How do you sum up five thousand years of Jewish history in two letters?

Oy!
