The U.S. House on Thursday will move to repeal a nearly two-decade-old war powers measure, marking what many lawmakers hope will be the beginning of the end of wide-ranging authorities given to the president after the 9/11 terror attacks. The vote was 268-161. The measure now heads to the Senate.

Then he got vaccinated in secret so you morons wouldnt think he's weak.

"Biden cannot control his own bowels"

I can't speak for Biden, but that is certainly true of our former President Donald J. TRUMP.
Trump is also known to secure through remuneration the rights to control women's bladders.

Looks like Sheeple sprouted a sixth account/screen name.
....and he is so stupid he doesn't realize his deity the Orange Skidmark has been wearing diapers for decades due to his adderall and cocaine abuse.

I'm loath to mock Trump's diapers.

Just think of the alternative.

""Biden cannot control his own bowels"

You're pathetic, did you not notice Biden told Putin that NATO was going to accept Ukraine as a member? Or are you too busy writing idiotic insults to the landslide winner of the 2020 Presidential Election? Sore losers are so laughable.

It's all they have. Biden owns them. He is laying down the law with Russia, doing what the Fat Nixon could not do, being tough on Putin and his aggression.

Biden is more popular than President Hype ever was and it burns their asses.

@#12 ... Biden is more popular ...

It's been a while since I looked at President job approval, let's see...

Biden Approval Index History
www.rasmussenreports.com

18-Jun-21 - Approve: 51%, Disapprove: 48%

But that is Rasmussen, and everyone knows their polls lean strongly to the right (which is why fmr Pres trump favored them...).

Taking a larger view...

RCP Average
www.realclearpolitics.com

6/5 - 6/17 - Approve: 52.3, Disapprove: 43.7

For context Trump's highest during his presidency was 59% according to Rasmussen. Of course his highest disapproval was 62%.

Maybe it should require the President and Speaker of the house.

#15 | Posted by Tor at 2021-06-18 06:48 PM | Reply

Only hitch in this is that only the President can order a nuclear attack, no one can stop him, and he doesn't even need a reason.

That's a good way to start a war if you wanted to...

It should be illegal for Congress to delegate their War Powers.
I can't imagine the Founders wrote what they did about Declaration of War, only for Congress to make up their own rules.
But, good luck getting standing to get that issue resolved in the courts. Amirite Et_Al!

I guess what brought that about was all the wars that President Trump started - RIGHT?

He didn't start any... he was content to carry on with all the old favourites.

I'd rather a president start a foreign war than a civil war like trump did.
