Forget the home office -- 45% of American teleworkers regularly work from a couch, 38% regularly work from bed and 20% often work outside, according to a study by the home improvement marketing firm CraftJack.

50% of Americans complain it's too hot, days after complaining it's too cold

Some people are never not pissing and moaning about something or another, like today's "conservative"

I don't buy it. They must have surveyed people in Kansas or or some other backwater

@#1 ... They must have surveyed people in Kansas or or some other backwater ...

And you have data to substantiate your assertion?

From the cited link...

Between June 16 " 25, 2021, we surveyed 1,520 Americans who work entirely or primarily from home, in remote positions. Our respondents were 48 percent female and 52 percent male, with an age range of 18 " 68 and an average age of 37 years old.

Ball's in your court...

100% of remote workers have at some point worked from the toilet.

Fun tune...

Blotto - I Wanna Be A Lifeguard

I wanna be a lifeguard (help, help, help, help)
I wanna guard your life...

They don't write lyrics like that anymore...

LBJ was renowned for dictating while pissing in the sink.

LBJ was a dictator? Where's the outrage?

Data? No. But I do work remotely with about 200 other techs and engineers. None have a desire to go back to the office. Then their are my friends, and all those working remotely aren't complaining, (quite the opposite) and those who aren't, wish they could

This article seems more like sour grapes by someone who wants to ruin it for the rest of us.
Like who complains about a commute across the hall, being able to use your own bathroom, access to your own stuff, and afternoon delights

And $268 in expense is a big deal? What is that prorated and compared against commuting costs and incidentals incurred when being away from home

Nope. I call Shenanigans on this marketing firms survey

Why do I detect the distinct smell of horse crap? My daughter was forced to work from home because of the Pandemic, she hated it. She finally just quit the very good job working for DCF for the state of Florida. Worker bashers are motivated by things other than the truth. I hope they die.

I know for a fact two of my systems engineers worked part of the time from bed during COVID. They have been pretty open about it. I don't know what the issue is if they were productive.

"And $268 in expense is a big deal?"

It is for some. I spent almost exactly $268 on an Ikea bar table, an Ikea bar stool, and a dual monitor stand.
