While I think he should be suing his parents who gave permission to use that photo and who pocketed the $200 for it... I found this album cover (as well as the original Blind Faith one) to be a bit too much.

I agree and Kurt Cobain had wanted a sticker on the boys penis although I cant recall what he wanted it to say. This guy has publicized himself over the years as the baby in the pic, done interviews and recreated the photo many times (with shorts on). It appears to me he is looking for money and just angry that the remaining band members have refused to have anything to do with him.

The poor guy must be desperate for money.

If I had published such a cover without obtaining the written permission fron his disgusting, perverted parents I think I'd kill yself. Oh wait. And yes, he should also sue his parents if they haven't died of a drug overdose yet.

Sorry, but this just shows that nobody is
safe from spurious lawsuits that come decades
after the fact. And I'm as liberal a democrat
as you will find.

This country runs on lawyers and frivolous lawsuits.
What a fricking waste.

Future headline: "Nevermind baby arrested for child pornography"

Projection is a thing. If he's suing for this, he's thinking about this...

Or some lawyer got his ear and offered to work for free if no winnings, and a significant percentage if there are winnings.

Or maybe Danni tracked him down and threatened to punch him and his family in the face if he didn't do it.

Frivolous lawsuit on line 1.

This was a photograph taken and published by a record company.

I'm sure they had taken every precaution to protect themselves from being sued.

In the end. All they need to produce is his parent's signature giving them permission to take the photo.

Also. This picture. Isn't pornography. If you see a naked baby and have sexual thoughts, go seek therapy. You're fkkked in the head.

It may not be porn, but it is something. How else can you explain all the stories about the lawsuit feature a cropped version of the photo. I'm reminded of the cowardly American press who were insistent the Danish cartoons of Muhammad were legitimate political satire whilst refusing the to put the cartoons on their air.

Also, there is more than a little irony in the subject of an art piece depicting our incessant money chase grows up to chase money.

Because of what the lawsuit claims, if he wins, then they get sued.

Meh, in the context of presenting the picture in a news report, it will never make it past the filling stage. No, I think they don't show it as a matter of taste. Still more fodder for the corporate attorneys.
They are like Medieval knights. The only reason you needed knights was because someone else had knights.
If corporate attorneys didn't exist no one one wake up one day and say, "what we need here are a few well-dressed, goldbricking, rent-seeking grifters to take 10% off the top of everything that moves".
