Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson acknowledged in a video posted September 1 that President Joe Biden was victorious in the swing state, attributing Trump's loss to the former president not getting enough Republican votes.

Helluva a thing, when a third-rate pol admitting to reality nine months after the election even gets noticed. Talk about low bars.

But only in a private convo. Put a podium and mic in front of him and he'll start lying about it again. Can't risk telling the truth to a mob that demands lies.

I would guess he is eyeing the future. Many major donors have already come out saying they will not donate to the Republican party, at least those that supported Trump after the Jan 6 event.

Sounds to me like he's trying it out in private before election season comes so he'll have his speel down pat.

While they may still refuse to tell the truth, the courts are now sanctioning the lawyers who attempted to change the results of the voting by claiming voter fraud, through the courts. The courts say they had no evidence beyond speculation and wild conspiracy theories to base their cases on.

That pretty much tells it as it is.

Yeah, it's a real teeth-grinder, no?

Thank goodness there are still some good Republicans willing to tell the truth - when they think it's not going to be public.

I wouldn't call Ron Johnson a "good" Republican. He is a terrible liar. Not a good liar at all. Take trumpy for instance. Now there is a guy who can lie. Once Trumpy tells a lie then he will never let on that he knows he is telling a lie. No matter who many facts reveal the truth to everyone else he will carry on with his lie.

That is the Republican standard now. That is now what determines whether you are a "good" Republican or not. How well you can tell a lie for Trumpy.

Trumpy is the best liar there ever was. Ron Johnson isn't even close.

And Johnson objected to the idea that a 'liberal' disguised themselves as a 'conservative' so that he would open up to them and be more candid. If he thinks this is wrong, where was he when James O'Keefe, of 'Project Veritas' infamy, was disguising himself and going after liberal groups and individuals?

Most Trumpsters would simply say that it's obvious 51,000 votes were stolen on the POTUS line, BECAUSE other Republicans got 51,000 more votes. They'll never believe it's possible that Trump got 51,000 less votes than other statewide Republicans.

The people who supported the Jan 6 insurrection should be treated like the traitors they are.

But Democrats are weak pushovers incapable of doing anything right.

Imagine the shoe was in the other foot ... there would be blood in the streets if Democrats had somehow attacked and tried to overthrow their own government.

Republicans certainly wouldn't be calling them "normal tourists" doing normal touristy stuff.

It still does not matter. He has rich doners. His party picks voters through gerrymandering. People are religious about politics. It is too late. There are no ears that matter that can hear this.
