"In denying an emergency request by abortion-rights advocates and providers to block the implementation of the law, the high court majority stressed that they were not delivering a judgment about the substance of the lawsuit.

"In particular, this order is not based on any conclusion about the constitutionality of Texas's law," the opinion said.

Rather, they focused on largely procedural grounds, saying the petitioners have not "met their burden to prevail in an injunction or stay application.""

In the meantime as the court debates when to bring it to the docket. Women throughout Texas have had their appointments for abortions canceled due to the SC's shadow docket decision. It's cruel and unjust but they are only women.

It's about a person's right to do what they choose with their own body.

Science doesn't say life begins at birth. The law says that, and for good reason.

Ahhhh righties talking about science.

Yet if we started talking about the science it would take a minute before we hit the point where they flat out ignore the science.

We're averaging 325 deaths a day this past week, even with DeSantis' restating the death states.
Nearly 90% of the patients in hospital in Palm Beach County are unvaccinated.
DeSantis is suing to make sure no one can require masks or proof of vaccination.
