Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Thursday, September 09, 2021

The orders have been sudden, dramatic and often baffling. Last week, "American Idol"-style competitions and shows featuring men deemed too effeminate were banned by Chinese authorities. Days earlier, one of China's wealthiest actresses, Zhao Wei, had her movies, television series and news mentions scrubbed from the Internet as if she had never existed.

Well, there goes their Olympic diving and skating teams.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Son of a bitch! Concentration camps are bad enough, but erasing Huan Zhu Ge Ge is a step too far! I bet he's jealous because her version of Mulan was far superior and made the recent one pale in comparison.

China's world domination aspirations have
largely been put on hold due to the fact
they forgot to build decent sewer systems
over the majority of their country, and tend
to flood out every spring and summer. This has
caused billions of Yuan in damage, due to infrastructure loss,
agricultural losses, and lost revenue in production.

So far in China it's,

Global Warming about 15 - to China's about 3.

It is good though to see Xi (and his maniacal
aspirations suffer repeated setbacks)... The
man is dangerous.

Got a link to support this? Granted, China is technically still a developing country overall (despite having many cities with advanced infrastructure), but this is the first I've heard of that being a thing on a large scale.
