Mark Samsel also agreed not to use social media for personal purposes or have any contact with the high school student who said he was kicked and another another student who complained of an interaction with Samsel.

This guy is a lawyer. His law license should be revoked. Reported to be a big KC Royals fan. His punishment should be three strokes from George Brett's pine tar bat, to the jaw ...

The lawmaker said in a Facebook post last month that "extreme" stress caused him to have "an isolated episode of mania with psychotic features" in a classroom. He disclosed that he was undergoing mental health treatment and surrendered his state substitute teacher's license.

Psychosis is part of the price of admission into the GQP.

How proud you GQP boyz must be.

, a 36-year-old attorney who has served in the House since 2019, has said that he was trying to make a point about mental health issues and the need for people to be kinder to one another.

Kind of like the Sermon on the Mount.

Doc, how in the world do you parody Trumpers/Republicans these days? Is it even possible?

#6 | Posted by YAV at 2021-09-14 08:07 AM | Reply

YAV ... Is a puzzlement, no? I think it's well beyond parody, almost requires voyaging into the murk of the subconscious. Like dowsing. Or conducting a seance. Perhaps Morris dancing. Channeling, that's the ticket. Lol.

I am curious what a Bible-thumping state legislator with a JD degree is doing substitute teaching, hanging around kids. But I think I already know the answer to that puzzler.

I found the KC Star report. All I can say is wow. I don't even thing "wow" is enough. Holy ----!

He reminds me of (but he's far worse) my junior high "Dean" - who had to come speak to us after our "sex ed" class (such as it was). That speech, nrelated to any content taught in the class, detailed his ideas of what the Bible says about ------------, sex outside of marriage, homosexuals, and all kinds of lascivious behaviors.

To this day I remember being sent to his office and finding him (he was married) with a woman that worked at the school in his office, standing way, way too close to each other, and him spouting a noticeable but not significant ------.

The Dude: That creep can roll, man.
Walter Sobchak : Yeah, but he's a pervert, Dude.
The Dude : Yeah
Walter Sobchak : No, he's a sex offender. With a record. He served 6 months in Chino for exposing himself to an eight year old.
The Dude : Oh
Walter Sobchak : When he moved to Hollywood he had to go door to door to tell everyone he was a pederast.
Donny : What's a pederast, Walter?
Walter Sobchak : Shut the ---- up, Donny.

This plea agreement is --------. Talk about special class treatment! He should be banned from substitute teaching. This agreement is pure garbage.

"He said that the incident happened during fifth period, and that the classes before that hour went as planned, and he shared the same lesson in each one. He said what happened was "exactly what God planned. The kids were in on it. Not all of them. But most."

I don't know about the rest of you but we never put on morality plays in art class, especially not with a substitute teacher.
Why did he take a plea deal? If what he says is true then I'm sure could provide his lesson plan that would document this. He should have some students willing to come forward and provide supporting testimony that this was planned in advance and that they were in on it.

Curious if they are still letting him referee youth sports and work with church groups. I wonder if we will eventually be shocked or somewhat underwhelmed if it eventually gets reported how many bodies they find in his freezer.

The total extent of the agreement, as reported, is one year probation, will not use social media for "personal purposes" or have contact with either of the two high school students. He will also write a letter of apology to each of the two students.

That's it from all I've read.

17 - i didn't mean the legal agreement. I meant the pepper of his community. Does his church recognize this man has no business being allowed around children?

I love this crap. It reminds me of an incident in South America where the head of a nation's Bureau for Indian Affairs was fired after being filmed kicking an Indian. WTF?
