I'm sure taking guns away will be a winning platform in Texas.

I don't even think that would sell in an El Paso WAL*MART.

Abbott's death toll due to COVID and his complete malfeasance should be a major factor in this election. Charlie Crist, former Republican, is running against Death Santis and I think he has a good chance of winning, he's currently polling better than Death. These murderous scum governors will discover that most people, even in s**t h**e states like Tejas don't like seeing the freinds and neighbors dying at rapid rates.

It was Walmarts decision to shutter firearms counters out of certain stores like Cielo Vista.
The Akela, NM (I-10) NMSP officer killing seven months ago is a prime example of who shouldn't have access to weapons.

I look forward to a O'Rourke/McConaughey ticket.

Bozo Orourke has about as much of a chance of winning in Texas as China Joe........none. But you just keep pi**ing away your money on losing elections. Perhaps if you want to win an election you should run for dog catcher. What a total idiot, he has been rejected numerous times and still does not get it, Texans are not interested in your program.

Abbott is not a popular man. One-half of Texas isn't hillbillies.

The fact is, when I read a post like yours I know that the author is sweating. Just like Abbott is sweating, and you can see it in every utterance and move. Abbott the Fascist may well be primaried by someone who is an outright Nazi. But, as I said, one-half of Texas loathes Nazis.

The future of Texas is not Red. It is only a matter of time. Even outright oppression will only slow it down a little.

McConaughey can win, but not with an albatross around his neck named Beto.

I don't feel Beto has much of a chance. Betomania came and went. He failed to seize the moment and momentum.

#8 - "McConaughey can win,"

I don't think so. Texas voters tend to shy away from flashy candidates. California might like electing movie stars and celebrities, but it's not really a Texas thing.
