Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

I see there's an article claiming that Norman made a very religious tweet at some point in the last couple years that would indeed imply he was a Christian. I do see the article I simply have a hard time believing this tweet exists. Norm Macdonald seemed like the kind of guy who would set a record for a longest rendition of the aristocrats not the kind of guy that would show up to church.

I gotta ask...

What's this seeming obsession with the late Mr McDonald?

He called OJ a killer more than once on national TV. He was bad ass.

I was a big fan of Norm Macdonald when he was on Weekend Update and then one day he was just gone and I never heard what happened to him I only knew that he tried to do a movie or two and that they tanked.

3 weeks from now nobody will be talking about him I'm afraid even though he should be remembered almost like Sam Kinison or Bill Hicks but because some bastard @nbc f***** him in the @@@ he risks being completely forgot about.

The producers at NBC really suck. After they took over the Sci-Fi Channel, they canceled all the good sci-fi shows like Caprica and replaced them with professional wrestling and battle bots. And then they renamed the channel SyFy.

He was not mistreated by SNL. I loved the guy, but as a fellow iconoclast, I would tell him you can't poop on community standards over and over and over and not expect to get slapped down.

He knew it and accepted it.

If he was a Christian, He was a nasty, foul mouthed, wicked imagination, comedically brilliant Christian.

Saturday Night Live treated him well but there was somebody at NbC who had it in for him because McDonald relentlessly Savaged OJ Simpson who was a friend.

Yes, he was a Christian. Yes, he was a singular comedic genius.

Norm MacDonald was the voice of Pigeon on the Mike Tyson Mysteries animated series.

Which is currently between seasons, but it's an ongoing show.

Wonder what they'll do.
