Former President Donald Trump has asked a court to mandate that Twitter restore his social media account, in a Florida court filing made late Friday. ... Twitter banned Trump from its platform on Jan. 8, stating that two of his tweets had violated the company's policies and citing "the risk of further incitement of violence." The unprecedented move came after the riot on Jan. 6 in which hundreds of Trump's supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol in an attack that resulted in five deaths and left about 140 police officers injured.

Trump simply needs to demand that Twitter bake him a gay wedding cake. Then they won't be able to refuse.

Can't he just make a new username like the rest of them?

His pride wouldn't allow him to.

He wouldn't have the same following as he once did.

Begs! "Please, please your honor make them nasty Twitter folks give me back my favorite toy! I'm going to hold my breath until I turn an ugly shade of purple until you give me back my toys!"

He could disclose his financials and end the speculation....

Sure seems like he's hiding something to me.

Considering that Twitter was the primary way that Dotard interacted with the MAGAts, and as such was his number one tool for grifting the hell out of them, yes, he's BEGGING a judge to make nasty old Twitter give him his account back. After all, Hair Furor has some very big bills coming due, and he doesn't have the money to cover them, so he needs to extract more Social Security and welfare checks from his MAGAts. I think it's hilarious that so many Drumpf sycophants were going to come up with a MAGAt competitor to Twitter, and they've all failed badly. It's likely because they're stupid, and smart coders won't work for MAGAworld.

What he seeks is a license to permit defecation and onanism in public. This man is a walking offense to decency and civility. He would fart in church and blame the Pope. He has so well hypnotized his acolytes that they hope he lays hands on them in a manner that would otherwise constitute sexual assault, just so they can tell their friends that they 'spent time with him'...

His financials change depending on if he's talking to investors or the IRS, which is illegal.

That's one of the crimes he's in trouble for, which is why he wants to get back onto twitters so he can call it a witchhunt.

I mean, I am not a lawyer and all but I would like to hear the opinion of our law minded folk...

When you sign up you accept the EULA and TOS. Sure you can fight them, but you accepted them. I THOUGHT they also lay out the jurisdiction to do that in. So being banned for breaking the TOS/EULA/Whatever... How might one sue in Florida if that is not the designated jurisdiction you agreed to?
