More from the article...

...In the deposition, Giuliani admitted that he got some of his information about Coomer's alleged role in the election fraud from his social media posts but couldn't be sure if it was Facebook or another platform.

"Those social media posts get all one to me," Giuliani said.

When questioned about whether he saw any other evidence linking Coomer with election fraud, he responded, "Right now, I can't recall anything else that I laid eyes on."...

"It's not my job in a fast-moving case to go out and investigate every piece of evidence that's given to me," Giuliani said in the deposition....

So.... the basis of Mr Giuliani's election fraud conspiracy, and the $$millions being wasted on audits across the Country, may or may not be a social media post that Mr Giuliani thinks he read, or maybe he didn't. He can't say for sure. But it doesn't matter because it's not his job to fact check what he says.

Some? All. All of his "evidence" came from social media.

Social Media or the voices in his head?

What a fricking clown show. Rudy should be permanently disbarred, and then imprisoned for perpetrating a fraud on the nation.

This is the kind of thing that should put to rest any semblance of a case against the election outcome. But of course, it will do nothing of the sort, because the shameful lies by the GOP continue to keep the gullible locked in denial. There's plenty wrong in the Democratic Party, but anybody who equates the D's with the R's is a damn liar. There's never been such a coordinated campaign of dishonesty by Dems.

In most cases if you're legal evidence is techno hearsay you might as well have whipped it out of your....Giuliani.

I would guess that a lot of his evidence came directly from the office of the POTUS. What greater authority could there be?

IF you are presenting false evidence, or evidence that you have not vetted as actual evidence of something, that should be perjury, and should get you sanctioned at least, and maybe imprisoned as well.

"But according to court papers filed by Coomer's lawyers, Giuliani spent "virtually no time" investigating the claims.

The filings said that Giuliani did not speak to Oltmann about the claims and did not reach out to Coomer or Dominion about them.

Giuliani said he was too busy when asked why he repeated Oltmann's accusations without verifying them.

"It's not my job in a fast-moving case to go out and investigate every piece of evidence that's given to me," Giuliani said in the deposition.

"Why wouldn't I believe him? I would have to have been a terrible lawyer ... gee, let's go find out it's untrue. I didn't have the time to do that.""

Rudy Colludy is about to go through some things.

And when he says "some" of his evidence came from social media he means 99.9% of it did.

NY and DC made it painfully clear to Rudy Colludy that it WAS his job to do so and is why he can no longer practice law in those states.
