Gay rights is important.

If not America where might gay people obtain the freedom to live in peace.

Gay marriage should have been a crowning achievement but radicals have short lived pleasures.

They started lawsuits defending the perceived rights of transgendered people or anyone who occasionally wears opposite gender attire out in public.

Sadly the gay community is now bringing their own shame on themselves by disrespecting women.

They need to find a way to obtain the basic needs of real transgendered people without denying women theirs.

I think Chappelle was just pointing out that the some LGBTQ groups that joined together with the black movement in solidarity as SJW's have white members that abandon them and the values of other groups in the movement like labour and minorities when it is to their benefit to be a white person as instead of oppressed minority class.

Backlash against woke cancel culture is coming in a big way. Prepare for it, lefty bitches.

Pretty soon someone edgy is going to deliberately make politically incorrect comments and challenge you Karen's to cancel him/her. Fear is the only thing propping up cancel culture. Those who stand up to the bullies usually do well.

On 7 December 2020, Unanue stated that Ocasio-Cortez was named 'employee of the month' after her boycott call led to a 1000% sales spike.[34] On January 26, 2021, Goya's board of directors voted to censure Unanue following statements disputing the 2020 United States presidential election, banning him from speaking to the media. An anonymous CNN source familiar with the board's actions claimed that Unanue's statements "imperiled the future of the company and endangered the lives of some of the shareholders," and that the controversy following Unanue's White House appearance had not been good for the company.

I read the article. It's weird there's no interview with Dave in it.

It quotes one thing he said at the screening and bits and pieces from the special.

What the article does say which I found interesting is:

David J. Johns, executive director of the National Black Justice Coalition, asked Netflix to apologize to the transgender community and pull The Closer from its streaming service.

'We do not condone violence against any members of our community and our feelings and existence as trans, -----, and non-binary/non-conforming people matter too,' Johns said in a statement.

'What's being missed at this moment is the extreme rate at which Black trans women are murdered, annually.
All of this to say, we should think and engage more critically so we can all get free.'

#12 When gay marriage was still put on the ballot by Republicans as a way to get gay haters to the polls, some of the strongest opposition to gay marriage came from the black Christian community.

Being black and being ----- gives you all the problems of being black, and on top of that you've got the other blacks hating you for being -----.

Needless to say, the murder the police are least interested in solving is that of a black trans woman.

That's where I question Dave's logic.

He brings up how the LGBT can get away with things black people can't while ignoring black LGBT people.

Black = Race

LGB = sexual orientation

T = gender orientation

Black people can be L, G, B or T.
