...Trump's videotaped deposition on Monday morning will be held in Trump Tower itself, which is located on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan's Midtown section.

He will be questioned there by lawyers for the plaintiffs in the civil complaint, which is pending in Bronx Supreme Court.

"This is a case about Donald Trump's security guards assaulting peaceful demonstrators on a public sidewalk," said Benjamin Dictor, a lawyer for the plaintiffs.

"We will be taking the trial testimony of Donald Trump, under oath, on Monday after years of the defendants' dilatory attempts to shield him from this examination. We look forward to presenting the video of Mr. Trump's testimony to a jury at his trial."...

Thank goodness for private individuals taking Trump to court.

It's pretty obvious the government has no intentions of holding Trump responsible for anything he did during his presidency.

"he will be questioned there by lawyers for the plaintiffs"

If they're good enough to get him under oath they might be good enough to get him convicted.

An appropriate sentence would be to put Trump in a room with the protesters that he had beaten. Put it on pay-per-view and pay off the US debt.

They better bring a selection of eyeglasses just in case Donald has a reading problem again.

Here is a preview of the Dotards responses to all questions other about his name and address:
"I don't recall"
"I don't know who that is"
"I never heard about that"
"No I never said that"
"I am invoking the fifth dimension"

I Trump runs true to form he'll use the platform of a videotaped deposition as an opportunity to campaign for 2024, posing himself as a sympathetic victim of partisan politics.

Yes, he'll blame it on the fact that he was distracted trying to overcome the stolen election, failing to realize that the incident took place in 2015, prior to Trump having ever run for any public office.

After he testifies keep him for perjury when he lies, and then have him testify in all of the other lawsuits against him.

A MONSON

I can always tell when he's lying. His head sinks down between his shoulder blades and he pulls his right shoulder forward. He thinks that make him appear sincere.

A good lawyer could get under the bloat's skin by not displaying what that sack of insecurities regards as sufficient due deference. Remember, the grifter has been POTUS (and is, in fact, a has-been presidential loser), so he expects a lot of bowing and scraping, like the way he treated Putin. He won't get it, and his petulance will lock him down into his arms crossed, I ain't a gonna do it middle schoolboy pose.
