The Department of Justice will ask the Supreme Court to step in and block a controversial Texas law that bars most abortions after six weeks of pregnancy while legal challenges play out, a department spokesperson said Friday.

Doesn't matter corky.

Republicans promised to overturn Roe v Wade and they are gonna do it.

Roe v Wade is toast. And I don't think Dems can do anything to stop it short of undoing the filibuster and stacking the Supreme court. And I don't think they will do either.
