James Kilcer singlehandedly stopped an armed robbery at a Yuma gas station early Wednesday morning.

Ha, you beat me to it.
Here's another article with an interview with the Marine veteran:

Not surprising, people that carry guns are wossies.

To be fair, the attempted robber is 14 and was wearing skinny jeans

When you watch the video, I like how the veteran waited for the robber to do a gun sweep away from him and the cashier, line of fire was away from humans, and then made his move to close distance and neutralize the threat. Badass reaction and great moves

So the expression "the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun" needs to be amended to add or a Marine.

Nice job Mr. Kilcer

I don't think he could have possibly done that any better.

I tend to have a different perspective when it comes to armed robbers. Fighting is often the cause of deaths, as the robber sees he has no choice other than kill.
And that comes from a Marine veteran of Vietnam, the war. Stuff can be replaced.
Many stores have a "don't fight back" policy and will fire employees who challenge armed robbers.

#6 His beard isn't... right, but yeah.

I've had 2 gun accidents in thousands of rounds of firings, and a .22 semi jamming four times in a row sounds like Jesus did it.

Never bring an auto. Always use a double-action revolver.

Hugh I generally agree with you but that robber already pointed a gun at the customer.

He didn't need to do that and the moment he did so he made it very clear he didn't care who he killed.

I think the question "Who's the ----- now?" Has been answered conclusively ...

He is a veteran. Not an active duty marine.

"He is a contractor with the Department of Defense ... "

Reading ... .it's for demons, too!

"James "Killer" Kilcer is shown here in this undated photograph shortly after slaying a feisty Arizona rattlesnake with a land trident. He wants everyone to know that convicted billionaire sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein didn't commit suicide in his jail cell."

Classy that he wore his MAGA hat to the interview lol. Pogue Marine
