I've always said Tucker is a poster boy for why you shouldn't bully kids in high school. Some of them end up like that, and then you have to live with knowing you're responsible for that.

Because one has a Pres for Life and one doesn't?

Oh, wait... I see why he prefers Russia.

It is the response I would expect from a conservative. "Doing the right thing" or "because they share our values" does not even register as a potential consideration. Because conservatives don't believe in doing the right thing, and they no longer (or never did) have any values. Tucker wants to be friends with Russia just because they are the "rich" (in energy reserves) or "powerful" (militarily) kid in high school who people suck up to even though he is a total douche. Conservatives are those spineless -------- who suck up to that kid because they think that they will benefit personally from doing so.

Why are we on either side? This is Russian/Ukrainian regional affair. Like Iraq/Iran in 1988. Butt the eff out. Not our business. Like China/Taiwan, except there we have a binding treaty. No treaty with Ukraine, best to stand down.

America the meddlers. We need to stay out of some wars. More isn't always better.

#8 - "America the meddlers."

Bingo

We should stay out of all wars except those in which America is attacked.

That's true.

Putin is stupid. If he were a bit more smartish, he'd notice a certain country to his west that's invaded several countries in the last twenty years. None of them turned out well. In fact all are worse of than before they were liberated.

Russia also had it's experiences in Afghanistan that didn't end well.

Ukraine could be there next adventure where young soldiers are sent to occupy a country that doesn't want them there.

Putin is brilliant. He started a civil war in america by just spending a little money funding the GOP and spreading online propaganda. He got a puppet elected to the white house who did more damage than any foreign aggressor ever has.

We thought we beat russia after the cold war. They were just perfecting a better strategy.

Wouldnt have worked without the help of your cult though. Putin owes you a thank you card.

TucKKKer Clansman love Russia because it's so lilly white and cracks down on dissent and behaviors/lifestyles that he finds disagreeable. Hey TucKKKer, why don't you move to Russia and take Ballringer and the rest of the MAGAts with you, it's Covid central over there, so it should be prefect for FREEDUMB loving MAGAts.

Remember when the party-formerly-known-as-the-GOP actually stood for the rule of law, stood against Russian Communism, and against government overreach at all levels? Ah but that was the years 240BP-0BP (Before Trump). Now the GQP is the troll-the-libs, know-nothing, anti-education, anti-science, and fake populism coalition.

You've probably never heard of a little regional skirmish known as the September Campaign but in 1939 Nazi Germany invaded the western region of the democratic country of Poland. The Soviet Union (what kids today know as Russia) responded by invading the eastern part of Poland. After a while Germany and Russia both realized the Polish people were not happy with this situation and they peacefully withdrew from the country. Neither nation committed atrocities against religious and ethnic groups nor did either go on on to invade other nations in the region and trigger a world war.

The lesson being that we should just give authoritarian dictatorships what they want and eventually they will see the error of their ways and leave democratically elected governments of the world alone.

"Every man has a right to be equal with every other man. In this great struggle, this form of Government and every form of human right is endangered if our enemies succeed." - Abraham Lincoln 1864

"Even today, the Soviet Union still cannot feed itself. After these four decades, then, there stands before the entire world one great and inescapable conclusion: Freedom leads to prosperity. Freedom replaces the ancient hatreds among the nations with comity and peace. Freedom is the victor." - Ronald Reagan 1987

"Why would we take Ukraine's side, why wouldn't we have Russia's side. I'm totally confused...I guess I'm for democracy in other countries, I GUESS." - Tucker High-Pitched Carlson 2021

Reagan, Lincoln and every Republican President who came before Trump would most certainly be appalled at what their insurrectionist, dictator embracing party stands for today. The party has abandoned the principles upon which it was founded.
