The Koch brothers (David Koch died in 2019) bragged a lot about their commitment to a life of philanthropy.

Who knew this is what those two skunks meant.

I take it this is where all the money came from to pay for round trip plane tickets and road trips for Trump's hoards.

It's very possible that some of these hoards have wives, kids, mortgage payments, car payments, utility bills, JOBS, and all the usual living expenses most of us have.

I wonder if they're so delusional that they think dark money is going to pay for all that stuff while they're in prison?

They needn't even bother to ask.

Remember, John McCain? Trump don't like losers who get caught.

REDIAL

His enemies list seems to be growing by leaps and bounds lately.

If he gets re-elected it's going to take him the whole 4 years to get revenge on everybody.

The voting boards are being stuffed full of GOP loyalists. Your vote won't matter 4 years from now. Jan 6 was a dry run. The Republicans vote in lock step on most issues. Did Trump work for Russia? Not Gonna Look. Did Trump incite Jan 6? Not Gonna Look. Are the Democrats Gonna pass an Infrastructure Bill? Not Gonna Help. Was there Voter Fraud in 2020? Not Gonna fix it if there was... just make fake allegations to stir up the base.

ILOVEYOU

I understand your frustration. But the instant gratification you seem to want isn't the way to go. President Biden could spend his whole term in office putting bandaids on gaping wounds ~ but that isn't a permanent solution. It takes federal legislation to fix what needs fixing, even moreso and more difficult now considering the fear mongering that has paralyzed the U.S. Senate.

I see that most of your complaints are directed at the DOJ who is laboring under the same misconception that Trump left in his wake. If you're expecting the same disregard of the Constitution that permeated the Trump's DOJ, you're way off base there too.

I'm sorry that you've fallen victim to the mistrust that Trump has sowed in America. You and people like you are part and parcel of the problems President Biden has to fix. Therefore, you have no right to criticize anybody for the same problems of which you are a part.

Biden picked the head of the DOJ - a pathetic moderate more concerned with seeming nonpartisan than saving the country from obvious fascists.

It's pretty obvious Garland and Biden agreed to go easy on the 1/6 terrorists.

Furthermore, It's garlands job to get trump's fascist cult members out of the DOJ instead he's pretending they dont exist.

"It's pretty obvious Garland and Biden agreed to go easy on the 1/6 terrorists."

It's not the first time America has gone easy on domestic Terrorists.

Reconciliation from the Civil War failed for the same reasons it will fail again.

We have never properly "reconciled" our differences in this nation and it's coming back to haunt us. Again.

Looks like we are still stuck in that never ending loop.

I'm not going to dither over the 'little fish' that the DOJ is prosecuting. The DOJ always asks for the maximum they can get within the limits of the law. Some of you call that too lenient but the DOJ doesn't make the law. They only enforce it. It's the judge, not President Biden, who makes the punishment decision. Also, there's not a shred of evidence, nor even a suspicion, that President Biden has tried to put his thumb on the scale. He has purposely avoided any interference with the DOJ, which is something you can't say about former President Trump, and the exact reason why President Biden has kept his nose out of DOJ business.

So let's lighten up about your accusations. At the same time keep your eye on the ball. These petty criminals are NOT the the head of the snake. Their value is in what information the DOJ can get from them to bullet proof their more important cases against Donald Trump and the top tier of his organizers in the Jan 6 coup attempt.

I don't think any of you want to see THAT fail. Am I right?
