Looking less likely that the SDNY will get -------.

As I predicted.

But, hey, we still have Georgia!

Yeah, good luck with that.

" Trump Org COO Not Expected to Be Charged in Tax Fraud Case"

So does this mean I should tell my clients to be more ... "Presidential" ... ?

When did telling the lending company vastly different numbers than the taxing entities become legal?

Stay positive-big diff between COO and CFO, unless I missed something in that article.

The COO is the Chief Operating Officer while the CFO is the Chief Financial Officer, so when it comes to paying the taxes, it's the CFO who's more involved. It's also possible that the COO is cooperating with the state investigators, and as long as he's talking, he's 'off the hook' as it were.

OCU

Truth hurts they are in the bargaining stage of grief. They haven't reached acceptance stage yet.

Ugh depression comes next! Depressed dems, now that is not a good look.

Depressed dems, now that is not a good look.

Probably not as bad as the pit of despair you seem to be permanently mired in.

The COO (and Executive VP) who is NOT being charged (at least not at the moment) is Trump's former bodyguard MATTHEW CALAMARI. He and his son are both cooperating.

Allen Weisselberg, Chief Financial Officer is mentioned in the header but this article isn't about him.

Before we walk down Truthy's path of doom and gloom, let's not confuse the evidentiary value of the two men when the SDNY made their decision.

Another failed witch hunt. But they did manage one thing, to get Trump to take his money out of NY and move it to FL. So now NY does not get to tax Trump. Smart move dumb a**es.

Trump didn't move anything out of New York except his permanent residence . . . and that was only to avoid estate taxes.

Also, if DeSantis had any hope of being picked for the V.P. spot, Trump just dashed all the Florida Governor's hopes and dreams of climbing the political ladder, if Trump is re-elected.

The President and the V.P. can't be from the same State.

I'd say DeSantis is the "dumbass" now for gambling all his chips on a loser.

Rolling over on somebody up the foodchain , like this guy's kid has admitted he did, and he likely did pays benefits.
Ask Sammy the Bull, Truthy.

CNN's senior legal analyst Elie Honig says this indicates the tax fraud charge against the organization is likely going nowhere.

Sounds more likely that the investigation will stop at the CEO.

But you'all keep dreaming. It's fun to watch.

Republicans need to use the legal system as a weapon too.

Donald Ttump? That CEO?

I certainly hope so ~ at least the N.Y. State charges anyway. I'm anxious to see this investigation cross over to the federal level for banking and I.R.S. fraud.
