All VA and military installations in any state with an abortion ban should offer treatment to any woman seeking one.

I believe all military installations were banned from abortion services during the Reagan administration.
Never was really in the VA's wheelhouse.

But I agree with the sentiment to lift the restrictions and provide it in states that refuse.

We've gotten crappy missions for decades. This would be another. Serving an ungrateful populace. Of course it would be underfunded and cuts would be made from other programs (but not weapons systems) to meet another mandate.
