Russia doesn't have an NCO corp. No sergeants. That's why they felt they have to send generals to the front. Every move comes down from the top. Russian soldiers aren't taught to take initiative. They aren't allowed to.
Pilfering or outright fraud in the military means they don't have the replacement parts for tanks or trucks it says they do ... on paper. Also, BTG's (Battle Tank Groups) are undermanned despite some paper saying they're fully manned. The salaries for those pretend soldiers goes into the pockets of officers. And on and on it goes ...
20% of their shells don't detonate on impact because the fuses are decades beyond the 'use by' dates. Same story with other gear.
And Russians having Chechen soldiers behind their lines to shoot Russian soldiers (most untrained conscripts) who won't shoot Ukrainians or try to walk away tells us all we need to know about Russian morale. There isn't any.
As we know, Ukrainians are highly motivated fighters. Russian soldiers are anything but.
May 9 isn't going to be a happy day for Putin. Nothing to celebrate. In fact, he may formally declare war on Ukraine despite telling Russians this was a "special operation" to cleanse Ukraine of Nazis. Declaring war will unveil what a lie that is. His supposed great military ... isn't.
SING ALONG:
"100 Russian generals on the wall, 100 Russian generals on the WALL. Kill 10 more, mop the floor, Putin don't give two s***s anymore."
