El Paso has a City Attorney's office with 23 full time lawyers working in it. Their failure to pursue this claim is an abdication of their duty to local taxpayers.

Is it not a form of fascism that forces all the citizens of a town to pay for a private businessman's events? I heard they overcharged the ex POTUS, whose name shall not be mentioned, but, why not he never pays in bills anyway?

Texas is heavily R. They're not going to sue their guru. It's a way for the city to force taxpayers to make a campaign contribution to the orange turd.
