Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

When Pennsylvania's GOP Senate contest is finally decided, it will come down to a thing Republicans love to hate when it's convenient -- mail-in voting. But in this case, the mail-in ballots still being counted will prove to be decisive for either Mehmet Oz, the Donald Trump-backed TV doctor, or David McCormick, the former hedge fund executive.

Once again, Bill - there is no issue with mail-in ballots. The issue is between your ears.

Republicans do not like mail-in ballots only when they are used by Democrats.

Gotta love partisan hypocrisy. And the faux outrage by other parties that accompanies it.
Of course, our party would never do something like that. *cough*2000*cough*overseas*cough*military*ballots*cough*

BillJohnson, is this proof of Republican corruption, that they want to count all these mail-in ballots?

Where are the republicans who were saying results must be reported the night of the election?

Hopefully "Dr" Oz can go back to inspecting poop on tv.

@#4 ... *cough*2000*cough*overseas*cough*military*ballots*cough* ...

Some background...

Pentagon Focuses on Troop Vote (August 2004)

...Nearly 70 percent of the 258,000 service members overseas during the last presidential election cast ballots, compared with 51 percent of the general public and 37 percent of U.S. civilians overseas, said Charles Abell, principal deputy to the undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness.

Of those who didn't vote, nearly 22 percent said they never received ballots, according to Pentagon research, and 7 percent said they got them late. Twenty-six percent said they didn't know how to get a ballot.

Military-voting problems created an uproar in the 2000 election when some ballots were rejected in Florida, where George W. Bush's razor-thin margin of victory gave him the presidency after an extended legal battle. Several hundred absentee ballots from troops abroad were thrown out in the state for lack of postmarks, as required by state law, or other flaws such as no signatures....

It must have been in a rare moment of self-awareness that a Republican once first declared, "Do as I say, not as I do".

I dare say that these mail-in ballots are those requested - not sent our enmass....BIG DIFFERENCE!

So you mean "in mass" to registered voters, right?

Cause in Pennsylvania you can just download it off the internet

So it's actually NO DIFFERENCE, you tool

As I've said before...
the GOP will do anything to win.

There is no pretzel that they won't
tie themselves in, as long as it means
they can pull out a win.

To hell with what it does to the country.

#14 That is why the democrats lose all the time.

Just look at the outrage that GOP had over the baby formula shortage only to turn around and vote against a bill to fund baby formula almost 100% which the "mainstream" media ignores.

Josh Hawley attacks Biden for not doing enough to support Ukraine AFTER voting to not provide aid to Ukraine and no one in the media calls out the hypocrisy.

The GOP does it because they can get away with it.

30 million mail in ballots cast and counted in 2016.
Not a word from republicans as they approved the outcome.
