Arby's Introduces 'Wagyu Steakhouse Burger'

Turning wagyu cuts into burger really defeats the purpose of running wagyu or kobe cattle to begin with...

Wagyu burgers are the most gimicky, stupid thing ever.
It's ground meat, you can control how much fat is in the burger.
Hence, no reason to make it from wagyu, who's primary attractive characteristic is...high intramuscular fat content.

Other than marketing. It's only 52% wagyu beef anyway... and who knows what part?
