"It seems that a lot of these mass or spree shooters have difficulty handling rejection by women or girls."
Beyond the mass shootings, almost all gun violence is done by men. And a lot of it is directed at women. Women are more likely to be killed by someone they know than a stranger.
"In the days before the Uvalde shooting, the shooter was participating in gaming chats and threatening to rape girls who refused his advances"
As usual, the girls called him out for that.
And as usual, the girls were ignored.
"We need to do a better job of educating young men to understand that having a sexual partner is not an entitlement."
Good luck competing with an Internet that tells them what they want to hear.
"Kids raised on a combination of porn, video games, Netflix and social media develop unrealistic expectations about intimate relationships"
Thanks, First Amendment!
"and lash out when they feel cheated out of the experiences they are led to believe they deserve."
Thanks, Second Amendment!
Anyway, I pretty much agree with your comments.
Our gun problem is almost entirely an Angry, Entitled Man With A Gun problem.
