...Driving the news: In the 38-second video, the Missouri Republican talks about his past as a Navy Seal before saying he's going "RINO hunting" and cocking a shotgun. He then breaks into a home alongside a group of men wearing U.S. camouflage uniforms and other military-style gear.

- - - "The RINO feeds on corruption and is marked by the stripes of cowardice... There's no bagging limit, no tagging limit, and it doesn't expire until we save our country," Greitens says in the video....

From the link:

(Greitens) also faced felony charges for using a veterans charity list to raise campaign money, PBS reports.

No wonder he's leading MO's Republican pack. He's a MAGAt through and through.

Was just going to post this.

I find it hard to believe this is legal.

It's also a sign of where the GOP is headed because this piece of ---- is likely to win a Senate seat despite being run off as governor a few years ago.

Again, buy ammo while you can. This is going to get way worse before it gets better.

So add other Republicans to the list of groups of people that Republicans want to kill, gotcha.

Greitens should be careful about that. He might find himself being hunted. He didn't become a Republican until 2015 when he ran for Governor. Prior to that he was an Obama supporter who was a frequent guest of Obama's at the White House between 2010 and 2014.

Why is some -------- Republican threatening to shoot politicians a reason to buy ammo?

Violence is getting clearer as the GOP don't in need to radicalize and out crazy each other.

Unless you want to bring a knife to a gun fight, you'll need ammo.

When the next right-wing mass shooter strikes, we won't have to blame video games. We can blame GOP political ads.

I am gonna go with Fear.

Because the only way we stopped the violence last time was sadly by more violence. And if it comes to that again it will kit be pretty. Or Civil. And we have learned nothing from it. So we are doomed to repeat it. Apparently.

The only way Grant was able to finally end the first civil war (which is apparently at the root of all this hate) was his "scorched earth" policy. Republicans Trumpers (red states) want to start the whole thing all over again hoping for a better outcome this time.

Good luck everyone. We are gonna need it. We do not have Lincoln or Grant to save us from ourselves this time.

These folks blatantly promoting gun violence need to be held accountable now! Or this will spiral out of control and we will regret it. Jan 6th proves we are teetering on very the edge of chaos right now.

I am gonna go with Fear.

I'm sorry, but you're a fool if you think political violence will remain confined to politicians.

It's not fear, it's acknowledgement that we're unraveling faster and faster. We're not correcting our course.

A good start would be to stop with gun rhetoric and ads where anything you don't like is shot in a field like some redneck yokel Office Space.

Backing off from the notion that the opposing party is your "enemy" as opposed to citizens with a different view of how to move the country forward.

We were there at one point before Newt took over the House in the 90s and it's gone down hill since then slowly.

Missouri Senate Majority Leader reported Greitens to the Missouri state highway patrol.

And, of course, the Repubs on twitter are already at his throat as a RINO soy boy effeminate librul.

Sick. Considering all the recent gun violence, insurrection apologists in congress and the constant claims of fraud and conspiracy from the right wing, Greitens does not get to claim creative license. This is promoting violence. What a dick move.

Kinzinger and Cheney, the only Republicans showing any backbone, are in danger because of crap like this.

If Greitens feels it's perfectly fine to hunt RINOs with long rifles - no tagging, no limits - how do you think he feels about targeting those of us who aren't Republicans at all?

All of y'all calling on the GOP to shame Greitens out of the race underestimate both Greitens and the GOP.

McConnell needs seats, and Greitens could kill a woman and wear her head like a hat and they'd support him until the last.

Shame is so 2014.

Wowser of a thread:

I guess some of us are really gonna have to die out here for folks in DC to understand we have a domestic terrorist organization masquerading as a political party in Missouri.

It's not just Greitens.

"WTH is going on in Missouri?"

The same thing that's going on in Florida. The Proud Boys is now the PAID political wing of the GOP ~ and the taxpayers are footing the bill (payroll).

That's no hyperbole! Miami/Dade, the largest county in Florida, is now in full control of the county's administration by the Proud Boys, a terrorist organization.

And Republican Governor DeSantis helped make it happen.

It appears that he plans to compete with Trump in 2024 to become America's first dictator. Reports of early fundraising from Trump's former oligarch of big moneybag donors is giving DeSantis some encouragement.

Gotta love how the room ends up being completely empty. How symbolic of today's Republican party. Trying to frighten people into being scared over nothing.

"I'm sorry, but you're a fool if you think political violence will remain confined to politicians. "

I never said that. I said it's fear.

Fear of the "other".

And it is indeed fear ... as you said, fear of another unraveling.

This is not the first time America has "unraveled". And it is pretty much over the same things as before. So there is historical precedence to refer to.

It's not just Greitens.

It's how Magie Sporkfoot Green got elected...her vile magats destroyed her opponents life and marriage through death threats.

The GA election worker had death threats after Mango ------- tweeted about her after the 2020 election.

Keggenaugh's rape victim had to go into hiding after death threats.

That is their new go to playbook.

No ideas. No leadership. Just theatrics and violence. It must be nice to just run on being an ass. I swear if I made a fake video showing 1000 people calling me awesome and paying me money it would convince tons of folks online to pony up. Don't bite the hook. Not every video is real. Not everything people will and have told you is real. Question everything.
