China and India in particular are slurping up Russian oil at massive discounts. The Oil is being sold and therefore reducing their imports from places like Saudi Arabia...

If you haven't noticed, that is why in the last two weeks the price of oil futures (Brent and WTI / West Texas Intermediate crude) have gone down about 20% from its recent peak and US NatGas (UNG) crashed about 30% from its recent peak, though both are still very elevated compared to the "normal" times.

Capitalism at its finest.

Well, yes, that, but mostly it's called "supply and demand" and often also "free market" or "competitive market."

Also, possibly the fact that Big Oil companies are now investing Billions of dollars and euros of their profits into new "clean / green" energy projects (not wind or solar and abundant) besides several startups developing safe nuclear power plants of different sizes / power outputs.

Blow up the Russian oil infrastructure including sinking their ships and blasting their oil lines.

They already have problems delivering oil to India and "others" due to lack of seaworthy tankers and cargo ships willing to transport contraband oil without insurance (dominated by European companies) and gas requires pipelines to be built which takes a long time and money and expertise Russia may not have without Western energy companies.

All are vulnerable to sabotage, physical or cyber - and Vladolf, and most importantly, "his generals" have been made well aware of that, just in case he gets the idea of getting more adventurous in his "special operation war" on Ukraine... let alone NATO countries like Lithuania.

So he is barking threats like small impotent Chihuahua trying to get more attention than he deserves and negotiate from what he considers "position of strength" while it lasts and he can still bluff it.
