Ominous Development for 2024, Thanks to NC Republicans

Court on Thursday agreed to take up an elections case brought by North Carolina Republicans that could diminish the power of state courts to order changes to rules for federal elections and the redrawing of congressional districts approved by state lawmakers.

Someday, Republicans will ask themselves why they were so willing to give up so many freedoms.

Once you let moneyed interests bribe politicians legally, it's only a matter of time until the politicians appoint the Courts they are told to appoint.

We are seeing the results now.

It's time to expand the SC again to try to water down that effect for a while.

#4 JPW and that's exactly where we're heading. If some action isn't taken to rein this court in soon, we won't have to wait for 2024-they'll have it sowed up by the middle of 2023.
