Yes, I agree, the we can't seem to offer up a reasonable candidate, so we need jail the competition even though there isn't a trial or crime.

That's what any good authoritarian pro-government extremist would do.

Oh no. How dare a republican who didn't join a delusional cult run for president. Only delusional cult members deserve that job.

Trump deserves jail for attempting a coup whether or not he runs again.

Remember back when you pretended to be a democrat?

How come democrats never have to pretend to be republicans?

@#1 ... even though there isn't a trial or crime. ...

We won't know if fmr Pres Trump committed a crime unless and until fmr Pres Trump is prosecuted, goes to trial and is convicted.

Until then, we can only look at the hard evidence being presented and listen the sworn testimony of those with knowledge of what occurred on Jan 6. Many of those providing that hard evidence and sworn testimony are Republicans, most have worked in the Trump White House.

Please Prosecute! the Committee will then have to share all the evidence with the Defense and the Defense will get to do it's own investagation..........like Depose and Subpoena Nancy, Schiff, etc..!

the Committee has already said they have enough evidence to Prosecute, so what is taking so long.. they should have already done it

@#6 ... so what is taking so long.. they should have already done it ...

The Committee has zero prosecution powers.

It is up to the DoJ to prosecute.

In case you hadn't noticed, that whole "Rep Schiff, Leader Pelosi should be investigated/deposed" thing that was brought up by the Republicans early on in the Jan 6 investigation has turned out to be little more than a failed effort of deflection. And now we are getting a good understanding of what the Republicans wanted to deflect away from.

That aside...

If/when there is a prosecution for Jan 6 and the days leading up to it, and if the Judge allows Leader Pelosi and Rep Schiff to be deposed, why wouldn't they?

So you dont want to know everything that happened? Why not?

Sounds like you're begging for mercy to me.

@#9 ... Sounds like you're begging for mercy to me. ...

It also looks like they got nothing to counter the hard evidence and sworn testimony being presented, so they are trying to criticize the Committee's work is any manner they can. One lame deflection attempt after another.
