Anyone else think that the release of those text messages was not an accident?

NIXON

Tucker is only one (that we know about) at FOX who is sweating it out. Rupert Murdock might have to clean house to save his network news program. How embarrassing.

It wouldn't be the first time for Tucker.

Put me in that column.

The fact Jones's lawyer was completely calm at the "Perry Mason Moment", and didn't avert his gaze toward Jones when the plaintiff's lawyer detailed NO response occurred over ten days, says to me this was a lawyer whose famous client tried to hang him out to dry one too many times, so the attorney decided to trade his law license for an eventual book advance.

Am I correct in my understanding that Jones's attorney was notified about his screw-up, offered no objection, and ... didn't tell his client this left folks after his client's scalp in possession of devastatingly incriminating information?

I don't know if he was told about his screw up but he had time to pull it back and didn't. I think this lawyer may actually be a patriot or at least just sick and tired of Alex Jones and practicing law.

Partly. He was notified by the Sandy Hook attorneys of the error, Jones' lawyer made no effort to claw back, which would have been a relatively easy thing to do, but whether or not his lawyer told him about it is an open question. It certainly appeared like he hadn't when the Sandy Hook lawyer told him about it during the proceedings.

I know that an inadvertent discloser's failure to adequately claw back materials permits the other side to use them in the litigation, but it seems quite a step further for this attorney to be leaking those materials into the public domain. For example his discussion of the nude photo of Jones' wife texted to Roger Stone. It just seems like he is opening himself up to all sorts of claims, both good faith and bad.

Not saying he shouldn't be doing it, but he definitely seems to be playing with fire here.

"Almost two weeks ago, after Bankston informed him that links to numerous files might have been sent in error, Reynal said he quickly responded by saying, "Please disregard the link."

In court Reynal argued to the judge that should have been the end of it but Bankston replied that "Merely saying "please disregard" in a reply email "creates no legal duty on me whatsoever." The judge agreed with Bankston's position and allowed the evidence to remain and rejected the request for a mistrial.

Fish Sticks is safe. He virtue signals the racists that support Faux Entertainment better than anyone else on that shthole network.

Sooner or later pretty much all these lying sanctimonious right wing media personalities are going to have their come uppance. It seems inevitable given the quantity and outrageous nature of the lies they so forcefully have been pushing.

This came after one of Jones' attorneys in his Connecticut case withdrew because of an "untenable breakdown in communication." Lawyer speak for Alex Jones is a lying POS who perjures himself at will and refuses to take his lawyer's advice, such as continuing to do his show and further incriminating himself while the trial is proceeding and refusing to provide financials. Like Dotard, Jones is an impossible client who no lawyer worth anything wants to represent. Here's hoping those texts earn him the orange jumpsuit he so richly deserves. Jones' ex claimed he's a performance artist who does not believe the BS he spews, which makes him even worse, but I wonder if Dotard and QAnon don't somehow rot your brain. The number of formerly intelligent people who have done illegal and disgusting crap for the far Reich in an effort to end out democracy in the past few years is shocking.

I'm not sure what he needs to be worried about. His emails with Hunter Biden have already been leaked - apparently they're buddies.

"Does Tucker Carlson s*** himself or does s*** tucker Carlson himself?"... First, he has to tucker his Calson before he drops a tucker in the Carlson.

I hope this destroys Carlson and he takes down Murdoch with him.
